The whole process was seamless starting with the initial design consult with Adam where he brought samples and provided suggestions for cabinet pulls and knobs. “My wife and I had purchased a rare kitchen back splash for our new home and wanted a professional tile company to design and install the backsplash and background pattern.. We were referred to Ray Ljubisic, a designer at Alexander Otis Collection, LLC. Ray integrated the backsplash with a background pattern that was unbelievable. He presented a number of options for my wife and I to choose from and he offered design details we had not considered. His experience and recommendations made the final design "pop" and is a signature item in the home. He was competitive in his pricing and we would not consider using any other firm for our tile needs in the future.”
