The original bulky fluorescent lighting has been replaced with sleek, nearly invisible LED task lighting that is one of Carson's many specialties. From demolition to final touches, our 33 year old home presented many unforeseen challenges. Carson and Starck Contsruction were professional, responsive, and innovative throughout the renovation. “I designed the new kitchen for my 1926 house and hired Steve Perez to build and install the cabinets. We were not working with a deadline. He built the cabinets and offered suggestions as we went. On Steve's recommedation we put the sink in the corner. The size of the sink cabinet changed a few times before I found a sink that I liked and would fit in the space. He had no problem with my indecision and he saved me some much needed space. Steve is very enjoyable to work with . I also used an electrician, who was wonderful, and granite installer on Steve's recommendation. After I chose the granite, Steve met and worked with the installers to ensure proper measurements and he was there for the installation. I am extremely happy with all the work. His original estimate was the final cost. I have included 2 pictures before the remodel and 2 after.”
