“I hired Gabriele and his company, Geometra Design in June 2012 to design a 3,500 square foot, 2 storey home that I will be building in south Etobicoke. Gabriele was able to complete concept design, committee of adjustment application and meeting, building permit design and application in less then 5 months. He was able to accomodate all aspects of the building permit requirements, including mechanical engineer, structural engineer and final renderings. His professionism and approach to the project, including deadlines was unsurpassed. He was able to facilitate all my needs, from design to building permit application (which in Toronto in not easy). I was told at the City of Toronto building department that most people do not have all the documents in the required format, but my application was perfect. I think the most important skill she brought to the project for us was how she guided us through a decision making process that was logical, well-paced and timely. “Started to work with this firm earlier 2017 on a 3rd floor addition project for a century old heritage home in Toronto. The experience so far has been great! The chief architect demonstrated in-depth knowledge in building code/zoning/building process/heritage constraints etc., which resulted in a smooth consultation/design/drawing processes. The lady in charge of the coordination and communication has excellent communication skills, and has always been quick to respond to our inquiries and address our concerns. The heritage committee had some special requirements on our initial drawing, and Bananarch came back with some smart ideas and got final approval from the city. Highly recommend!
