“Link was extremely helpful and understanding of our requirements in finalising our design. We too a long time to understand our block, light, sun and the family's requirements of the house. We wanted something that was not the same as every other project house. (note "house" not "home"!). Something that was single level, had a separate dwelling (Granny flat) for rental income and that met out teenage family requirements for separate spaces to get away but the heart of the house being the place where we very much spend most of our time together. Light was extremely important as well as indoor / outdoor level living with a tropical Balinese feel. We now have an amazing home with feature spotted gum box and amazing highlight windows around the whole house. The deck connects main living/kitchen areas to the pool via two enormous commercial black bifold doors that open across the back and down the side to expose both side to the outdoors. Link was instrumental in bringing our ideas together and we managed to build it all for the price of a generic 2 storey project home. A unique architectural design and the gem of our entire area.
