“My husband's grandfather is going to come live with us so we can give him more care as he ages. We hired Stephen to design a master bed/bath addition that has ADA-accessibility for Grandpa, as well as a kitchen & dining remodel on our small, ~925 sq ft, 2 bed, 1 bath 1935 cottage. We are still in the process of finalizing the design and are getting ready to hire a contractor for the project. Stephen has been great to work with so far. He is friendly, thorough, thoughtful and very creative. Throughout this long process of narrowing down what we want our house to be he has patiently and carefully listened to all our ideas, concerns and needs, given us great ideas of his own, answered all of our questions, and has incorporated everything we want into a ~1420 sq ft, 3 bed, 2.5 bath floor plan. We are looking forward to working with Stephen throughout this project and we are confident that with his help we will end up with a beautiful and comfortable, family friendly home.”

“Hi Teri, It hasn't even been a week since I incorporated the changes you suggested after applying my directions to my house floor plan based on my birthday and Chinese horoscope and wow have things changed for the better! You determined I was sleeping on my lonely pillow. I was in that bedroom for the past 7 years and had been lonely and just feeling stuck. Prior to your analysis, I was feeling restless and ready to move out of this house. Then Saturday, I moved my bedroom out of the lonely pillow area and into the peach blossom area (my back bedroom). I placed white and purple gladiolus (buds) in the corner of my new bedroom and immediately began having vivid lucid romantic dreams, (in the other bedroom I often could not recall my dreams.) This week I heard from my former boyfriend whom I had broken things off with ( he wasn't ready for a relationship.) Now he is very communicative and more open to negotiation. After that, I heard from another man from my past out of the blue. I was surprised how soon after making this change, romances surfaced. As you explained, the peach blossom attracts but it is up to me to discern the right choice. It seems to be working! I am excited to see how things unfold with my special friend. My heart is light!
