We had a hard deadline with our construction loan and despite some weather delays and other issues during the process, he pushed his subs and was able to complete our home on time. Lastly, we really enjoyed the subcontractors Tom uses. All of them were extremely professional and genuinely good people. They were great to work with and we enjoyed getting to know each of them during the building process.
