“We used John to conceive, design and manage a total gut rehab of a garage apartment in St. Petersburg. His expertise and talents go far beyond just drawing up plans. He really made this space functional, inviting and a fun place to spend time for our friends and family, as well as enhancing its income generating potential as a rental unit. I have done several remodeling and addition projects on our residences over the years, but none went more smoothly and produced results I am as happy with as the project on which John worked. His personality is warm, friendly and easy to work with. He is a great listener and was able to translate our wants, needs and desires into reality. I could not more highly recommend any architect / designer if you are in need of the services he provides. I would never consider working with anyone else.”

“Having never built a home before, I had no idea what to expect. I quickly learned that an architect is the person who takes all of those ambiguous ideas that float around in your head and turns them into an executable plan. I have no idea how Meyer was able to do it but the vision we had but didn't know how to articulate, became reality. He delivered the plans and I had a moment of shock when I thought, "yes!!! That is exactly what I was thinking". I guess my point is, I was no just happy with Meyers but rather THRILLED! He turned our dream house idea into a real tangible picture and plan!”

“We met Tim Roney in 2006 when we began a complicated remodel of our kitchen. The result was excellent, so it was obvious we would use him again for an approx 800 sq ft addition to our home with a full outdoor kitchen. It took us a number of years to finally begin the project and during this time, Tim revised and updated repeatedly the design to match our changing wishes. The final result was a very functional and beautiful addition to our home. The biggest compliment we have received from all of our neighbors (even those we don't know) is that the complicated roof lines were designed so well, no one would ever have guessed we added such a large addition to our home, if they had not seen it being constructed! We highly recommend Tim for any remodeling, additions, or any work where a talented architect is needed.”

“Elizabeth and David are wonderful Architects and Designers. We have a beach cottage built in 1938, and with the designs from Elizabeth and David were able to modernize our home but keep many of the original, classic features. The job was designed and managed on time and on budget. The end result was that our home was selected as the Primier Home on the Pass-A-Grille Womans Club Home Tour in 2009. I would recommend them for any project!”
