Brent was patient and guided us through the project and along with his associate James, helped bring our vision to reality. I'm not very good at envisioning a 3-dimensional project such as a house but Brent and James were able to create computer plans where we could remove walls, walk through rooms and alter roofing. He also very expertly guided our project through the historic review process and managed to get approval while we were in the midst of selling our home in PA and weren't really able to participate.
