“Gerry designed our home in 2007/08. We added onto the kitchen in 2011 and added bedrooms in 2012 and Gerry did both of these as well. Originally we did not realize we would need the added space so it was our choice to start small. Our home is on beautiful family property and Gerry's designs and construction guidelines always respected the surroundings of our home which is very important to us. He has also helped us tremendously with contractor negotiations and making sure the integrity of our home was not compromised.
