“We had a very vague idea of how we wanted to expand our 3/1 home. We knew we wanted a master suit and we knew we wanted more living space, but that was about it. Jess looked at our existing layout, lead us through thoughtful conversations about likes and dislikes, and came up with an amazing design that went above and beyond our original request. Jess went through multiple design options with us, listened to our feedback, made quick adjustments, and was always available via phone or email. She was responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. She brought unique ideas and made recommendations that I now can't imagine living without - we never would have thought to flip the garage laundry space into a finished laundry room, but it's so perfect! It's also worth noting that all of her great ideas were made with our budget in mind! We never felt like we were deciding between a good idea and a realistic one. She really made the extension feel like a part of the original house. The house still feels like it belongs on our lot and in our neighborhood even though we went from 955 sq ft to almost 1,400.
