“My husband and I originally worked with Brad and Theresa Angelini in 1991 when we bought our home. We did a whole house renovation. In addition to detailed architectural drawings they provided three dimensional models showing what the home would look like after the renovation. It was an absolute delight to work with them and a major plus to work with a husband and wife team. Over the years we have worked with them several more times on various projects including expansion of a room through an exterior wall, redoing the deck, roof, and siding, adding additional windows to the home, etc. Each time they have been wonderful to work with. Brad and Theresa are very thoughtful, creative, responsive, practical, genial, and professional. We highly recommend them.”

“Consulting on a very large gymnasium project. Grace chapel church Waterford started a very large gymnasium project that would tear down the existing gym ( from previous school building ) and rebuild moder gym under the existing (newer) roof structure. Project cost is over 700,000.”

“MainStreet Design Build is an extremely talented and professional firm. That's our kitchen in the Baldwin picture. Our craftsman style house was built in 1922. We love it for all of the woodwork and charm inside. We therefore needed a company that would respect and complement the historic style of our home, but update the kitchen with more space and ammenities for the way we function as a family today (kitchens were very small back in 1922!). We got all of that and more. We have incredible cabinetry with custom wood work and we love our eat in area. The kitchen totally flows with the rest of our home, but really is our crown jewel. We still "WOW" friends when they walk into the kitchen - it is absolutely beautiful and timeless and I wouldn't change a thing. MainStreet's incredible vision and their attention to detail are their greatest assets. From the beginning of the project until the end, the MainStreet staff was engaged and focused on us as the customer. We highly recommend MainStreet and would hire them again in a second - they truly are experts at what they do! ”

“I can't say enough great things about our experience working with AZD on our dream home! This is NOT the only architect that we looked at and based on their creativity, personalities involved and the work they've done for us we definitely made the right choice. I also very much liked that they had a clear pricing model that was concise. Other architects that we met with in the area couldn't provide us with much clarity and only left us more confused on how much it might cost. Our house will be out here on Houzz at some point and you'll see why we're excited about the work they've done and their creativity....it's going to be a very cool house! My wife shares the same sentiment as I do with our AZD experience and how fun it's been and still is as we plan to break ground. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience when planing a home whether traditional or modern. We actually found them by dumb luck as we were talking about building our dream home many years ago. We spent countless hours and weekends driving around looking at homes for years. Ironically, one went up for sale, and in the Realtor.com listing it said "designed by AZD". I had never heard of them but with a simple google search their site popped up and looking at their portfolio it was interesting to find that the four houses we loved were all designed by AZD. We still looked at other Architects just to be completely informed, and as I said above, we know for certain we made the right choice to go with AZD. Building a dream home is about the total experience...the right Architect makes a huge difference in that experience.”
