The concept meetings and design suggestions for our 6,600SF residence located in Rye Beach NH with MSA were flawless and the recommendations as made by Rob and his team were then carried out and constructed by the custom builder Dick Southwick (Southwick Construction, Inc.) who did an amazing job at constructing a one-of-a-kind luxurious home in Rye. In meeting with Rob and his team, from the early discussions and hand sketches of conceptual ideas through a myriad of physical design idea changes during the construction process, every phase and facet of our project was done in exemplary fashion! “For more than two years commencing in August 2002 I worked with Hope and Brad of Salmon Falls Woodworks to restore and renovate a large c1725 house my husband and I purchased in 2001. “Z Master Builders renovated our antique farmhouse in Groton, ma. Giving it a modern update while keeping the beautiful exposed wood and flooring. “Keery Design planned my retirement home in Scituate, MA on the same lot of land owned by my daughter and son-in-law. Because of zoning regulations the house was limited to 750 square feet. If anyone had told me prior to David's design for my home that I would be happy in 750 square feet I would not have believed it. But I am thrilled with the design and the livability of my home. Every square inch is usable space. There is a loft built in over the kitchen for my grandchildren's visits. The house is open and airy with gorgeous window views of the blueberry bushes and the woods at the edge of the property The angles in the home and the high ceilings create a feeling of space.. The house was designed to coordinate with my daughter's home and it does that beautifully. David worked throughout the process with the builder and offered many wonderful suggestions about material and accessories and that helped me to stay within my budget.
