“I worked with Jody in 2003 on a major renovation of my home. From beginning to end of the project, she helped me through the entire process. She worked very closely with the contractor and kept me informed throughout the process. I moved out of my house for six months during construction and she was always available when needed. The project was completed on time and turned even better than I expected. Once Jody got to know me, she realized that I didn't do well with having too many options provided to me, so she figured out what I wanted and liked and narrowed the choices down which made the entire process much easier for me. That was only one of the things she did that made a big difference in my project. I sold my house in 2012 to downsize to a condo. Jody is currently working for me in another renovation project.”

“As first-time homebuilders (and me having no experience at all!), Hans was able to make all of our dreams and ideas come true, and if ever there was an issue, he explained very simply the problem of why that exact idea wouldn't be possible, but always still offered 2 or 3 similar options. Very calm, explains as much or as little as you want, and very eager to listen. Even when we had trouble with the city, he went out of his way to make it right to make sure we got our dream home! All his deadlines were met, but unfortunately an outside engineer he used slowed the process down quite a bit. You can never plan for everything, so slow-downs and hold-up's like engineers' personal problems have to be expected, I guess! Cost was what we expected for such a prestigious architect in the region, but we still ended up saving money in the long run by going with him right from the get-go.”
