“We hired Sam at the beginning of 2009 to do a partial renovation of an old farm house in northern New South Wales. He was very professional and when any problems arose always had a solution which was helpful when we had not renovated before. There were complexities with moving walls and re-jigging ceiling roses etc but nothing was too much trouble.
