“I hired Rebecca Poole to draw up plans for a new 2 car garage that I will be having built. When we met with her, and I explained what we were looking for, she took some measurements to begin work. After a very short time, she notified me that the elevations were done, and after that, the final plans were generated. All of the plans were of excellent quality.....very professional !! Rebecca was a pleasure to work with, and her services were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Rebecca if you are looking for this type of service, and would hire her again in a second if needed. “Katie has been a wonderful professional to work with. She is creative, very diligent and timely in her work. Katie has helped us organize our project very well, educating us on the entire design and building process. She has been very conscious about keeping us on budget and has worked very collaboratively with our builder. Katie listens well to our ideas, and is flexible and adaptive with her ideas. Her drawings, plans and schedules are clear and complete. We have wanted to be ecologically careful and design a home that is respectful of environmental factors. She has been a great support in these areas. She has also been a big help in designing our soft interior designs, carpets, window treatments, furniture, pillows etc. She helped us repurpose furniture that compliments our vision and has sensitively advised us on moving on items that do not compliment our project design. “Laura creates beautiful homes. She is very knowledgeable with 20 years of experience and her goal is to create the perfect home that fits the client. She is efficient, works to make the home fit into the landscape surrounding it, creates functional space and is flexible. Her drawings are creative and bring her vision to life. She worked well with us and our builder Wayne Mossey. With Laura's vision and Wayne's extraordinary ability as a builder, they were able to create a very unique, cost efficient, beautiful home. “Stephen did an outstanding job for our project. Our project was a significant porch tear down and reconstruct/enlargement. Everything was very custom, including layout, roof connection to main structure, footer supports, storage underneath, drainage, electric, materials, etc. Stephen's drawings and materials were perfect and executed within the timeline required by zoning review for permits, etc. He worked really well with our contractor and other local city people that needed specific follow-up clarifications. Stephen made it really easy to make adjustments as appropriate as the project went on. Stephen was very responsive, easy to reach and very professional to work with. I would highly recommend him for any work in his field and will use him on future projects.”

“It was a pleasure working with Stephen to transform our 1980s ranch into a charming coastal cottage. From the first meeting we had with him in January 2017, he understood the vision for our home and designed a open floor plan that reflected our lifestyle. There was never a time when we were not on the same page when finalizing the design or picking materials or even deciding on paint colors. Stephen is detail oriented, incredibly responsive, and always mindful of our budget restrictions. Our remodeling project was successful due, in no small part, to his creativity, sense of responsibility, and thoughtfulness. I would recommend him without hesitation..”

“Kirby Perkins replaced some of my windows and also added a beautiful garden window to my kitchen. The garden window leaked and the project manager got right to the problem, calling the manufacturer to fix the leaky window. The window was fixed within a couple of days. Great, timely service. Also the workers clean everything around the project better then when they started.”
