“We employed GRT Architecture on the recommendation of some friends. Joe did an excellent job providing a plan with a very workable solution to a complex space issue in an old stone cottage. We ended up with exactly what we wanted both aesthetically and practically providing us with more usable space than we thought possible. Joe was extremely helpful, sympathic to our wishes and the character of the building and the job was done in a timely manner.”

“Marcus was the first person we called after purchasing our land. He was recommended to us from a friend and he didn’t disappoint. He spent many hours listening to our brief and what we would like to achieve. After a rough ride with planning he stuck with us throughout and the end design was amazing. He helped us adapt the design to please the planners as well as retaining our vision which was no mean task. The construction design was pretty much spot on which allowed our builder to do a pretty dam good job. The project isn’t quite finished yet. We are weather tight and now working on the inside. I have no hesitation in recommending Marcus!”
