“When we decided to add on to our house we got 4 quotes from different architects. We added on a second story above the garage for a master suite baths as well as rebuilt the garage from the ground up. Astra and her company were excellent, they not only referred us to two very good contractors and vendors, but they came out each week to check on their plans to make sure the contractor follows them. in the planning phase we had a couple of changes, they suggested items that made sense and that saved us mnoey at the end. We loved that they had the aspect of how to built on a budget but with still the look we wanted.”

“I am a general contractor and work for high end clients in the West LA area. I met Fernando on a job last year and was fortunate enough to have worked with him on this job. The client made a lot of changes that created some chaos and Fernando was always there to go back to the city, create a solution, or just to help us with a fast solution to keep the job going. He has thought out the plans well in advance and details everything. In addition, he has a very good grasp of engineering so his solutions are very buildable and affordable. (Clients hate change orders). I now recommend him to my clients that need an architect because he is very professional and knows how to get the result the client wants.”
