“We had no prior relationship with Oakwood, but were impressed with the quality of staff that we dealt with, from the first contact through to the finished renovation. We needed a variance to be allowed to obtain the proper permits and John Liptak, owner of Oakwood was instrumental in obtaining this on our behalf. Our design specialist was wonderful, offering many unique ideas for us to consider, always offering various solutions to meet our budget. “We remember our first meeting with Jim when he was still with David Malling, first impression Jim is an excellent listener. We had done our research and were full of ideas on what we wanted in a home.
