“We live in a 1918 Oak Park bungalow, complete with art glass windows and loads of woodwork throughout. Our kitchen was a late 80s powder blue counters and laminate cabinets--did not match our home or our needs for a big family. Tom Bassett-Dilley and his team completely rethought our space and designed a functional and beautiful space that matches the rest of our home. We can now entertain family and friends in a spacious, sophisticated kitchen. The mud room and sun room were also part of this project--reclaiming space so every inch our our house is useable, efficient and stunning!”

“Greg was the architect on the gut rehab of our 100+ year-old home. Greg did a excellent job of modernizing the interior layout (opening-up the space and improving the flow) while staying true the "old house spirit" of the place. He designed some very nice interior touches that always draw complements from guests (I always get a kick out of it when people praise the "custom molding" in our family room, which Greg had to improvise to conceal plumbing from the bathroom we added upstairs). We were very pleased with the results and would hire Greg again”
