“In my experience with appliance repair shops, they refuse to give a ball park estimate of how much repairs might cost. Instead they say you have to pay for an inspection. Not the case here. My side by side Sub Zero fridge just stopped working. Suspected that it needs a new compressor and the person who spoke to me gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace which turns out to be more than a new product. Can't vouch for the quality of their work, but was impressed by their approach. The guy was even extra quiet when he found out my son was taking a nap in the next room. Would recommend and definitely use again.”

“Gabriel is one the most hardworking, creative, and honest design professionals in our community. He designed for us the largest and most elegant, and efficient wine cellars. It holds over 1500+ wines. When we decided to turn our gym room into a cellar we had no idea what to do or expect. But Gabriel came in full of different ideas. He was prompt and extremely reasonable and everything was absolute quality work! No issue seemed too big or too trivial for him. We have never had a single issue or problem with our cellar since he built it and Gabriel has regularly stayed in touch with us - anytime we need it to be serviced he is there on the spot. I cannot recommend Gabriel enough. He is by far 5 plus design professional!!”

“Purchased a Vacuum Elevator for my parents home in Miami, FL. The sales representatives were super helpful, they were able to visit the home and give us a fair quote. We placed an order for a 2-stop PVE37 in white and 3 months later the Vacuum Elevator arrived! They installed it in 2 days. Parents love it and have been happy ever since! “I have an old LG dryer that went down. I didn't know any appliance rep in the area so had to scout around. They were LG recommended but better, had the best service call rate. And a big plus--I didn't have problems getting through to them. Jerry came out the next day and he was very efficient and thorough. Ends up my machine (which I "inherited") isn't worth the repair as it's too old. Jerry was honest with his assessment and answered all my questions. He was able to temporarily fix it to hold over while I work out getting a new machine. They actually didn't make much money off me, but I will definitely be using them in the future as they are helpful, honest and knowledgeable in a wide range of appliances.”
