Lanier and his crew are truly wonderful. From start to finish, our project was executed beautifully and professionally. Left with a bit of a muddy mess by our builder, we were at a loss on how to fix our swampy new backyard. Lanier came to the rescue with a plan: regrade our back and side yards, add five French drains, add Black Star gravel and tiered concrete stepping stones to side yards, build flower beds, add a trellis with jasmine on the fence outside my French doors and build a parking pad on the street. And to top it all off, he had to work in conjunction with our chosen turfing company to coordinate their installation of turf to cover our entire backyard. They did the work in a timely manner and the finished product was immaculate. We would recommend TIS many times over.

After calling multiple companies, both big and small, these guys were the ONLY ones that 1) responded to my request for quote quickly, 2) setup a free consultation promptly at a time of my convenience, 3) provided a thorough (and reasonable!) estimate with all the different options I wanted to consider, 4) showed up on time, every time, 5) completed the job not just to my satisfaction but rather beyond what I expected, AND 6) left the place impeccable. Lanier was SUCH a pleasure to work with and so patient with all my questions. Highly recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future!!

I cannot recommend TIS Services at this time. We signed a contract in December 2017. Due to delays with our POA, unrelated to TIS Services, the start date was pushed back to the latter part of May 2018. We contracted for a full landscaping plan which included front yard shrubs, bedding plants, a tree, turf, and two back yard retaining walls. The only items which have been completed thus far are the front yard, however, the sprinkler system in the front yard is apparently not working and the bedding plants are dying; these were already replaced once by TIS Services. The retaining walls have not been started due to delays in ordering materials, internal miscommunications among TIS personnel, and of course, the weather. We've attempted to contact TIS Services through email and phone on numerous occasions during August, but have had no return communications since August 7th. This lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional. Are they even still in business? Update to 9/17/18 review: I want to thank John Taylor, Danny Patrick and the TIS crew for completing a phenomenal landscaping job! The retaining walls are exactly what we needed in order to fully utilize our sloped lot, and the plantings are beautiful. Bob and I appreciate all the effort that went into this large project and we are ecstatic to see it come to fruition. While things got off to a very slow start, we can certainly appreciate the horrific impact of Hurricane Harvey on the business and the turmoil of a merger. Thank you for keeping our project on the forefront and working through it. TIS Services certainly made it right!

We built our house in 2014 and after almost three years of crispy grass and endless frustration, we decided it was time to invest in an irrigation system. We were nervous because we knew it would be a big purchase, so we went out and requested estimates from 4 different companies. After meeting Brad with TIS Services, it was obvious that the irrigation system they were going to design and install was far more detailed and robust than their competitors. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. If you are looking for a high quality system that conserves water and backed by a life time warranty, TIS Services is for you. The saying holds true, you get what you pay for.

Thank you so much for the review. Water conservation is important to us because it is a precious resource that irrigation systems routinely waste and it should be important to the client because the average client is spending double on their water bills. The conscientious use of water is a win for everyone involved; the state, the water purveyor, the infrastructure, the home owner and our company.

We are continuing to monitor your system and as I post this I see that your system is currently on-line, the rain sensor is currently active and reporting .6" of rain in the last 24 hrs with 1.9" of rain over the last week. The freeze sensor is also active as your current temp is 36 degrees and the flow sensor is showing no active water use and no leaks to report. As a result of rain, temps and your suspending the front beds, your system has not yet watered during the month of December. That is exactly what we want to see.

TIS did an incredible job installing landscaping, irrigation, and accent lighting for our new home in Houston. The entire team was very professional and went out of their way doing anything extra that we needed. We even had furniture being delivered while TIS was doing our lighting installation and they stopped to help move furniture! In particular, the irrigation installed in our yard was done perfectly - the drainage was exceptional and went through its largest test during 50" of rain associated with Hurricane Harvey. No standing water anywhere. We also installed a yard system that measures rainfall and humidity and automatically adjusts the amount of water applied. It is a no maintenance system that we are glad we had installed. We hired TIS to perform ongoing yard maintenance and they continue to impress. These guys know what they are doing and are very trustworthy.

I would recommend TIS Services to anyone in need of a sprinkler system installation or service. They are true experts, punctual, very professional and deliver on promise. Not only the yard and beddings look great but my smart system uses no more than the needed water, thus reducing water consumption and cost. Lastly, the system is monitored and maintained remotely by TIS and I have access to my controller from an app on my cell phone. As you can probably get from the review, I'm happy I invested on my irrigation system.
