Clever Closet Ltd specialises in discrete home storage solutions. Prompted by the growing ‘shoe crisis’ in their own home, husband and wife team, Paul and Clodagh Jacob developed Clever Closet range of under the stairs storage solutions. Designed to fit under the main stairwell or attic space, the goal was to maximise storage by installing slide-out drawers. The units fold seamlessly into the wall without having drawer handles obstructing the hallway or room. Today Clever Closet operates out of five main hubs, strategically located nationwide, thus allowing us to service the entire island. The main fitting centres are; Manchester, Coventry, Crawley, Stevenage, Reading and Bristol.

Well done they. Very professional, very clean, very tidy worker. Attention to detail, I guess you always get what you pay for? Well in this case I got additional value: prompt courteous service and a good job. Clever Closet has really sorted out some management and given a very tidy appearance to under the stairs.

I was looking for a way to make better use of my understaff storage space (I have a pantry running into it from the kitchen, but it was far to deep to be practical) when I came across Clever Closets. I contacted them to get a quote a was very surprised by how cheap it was (certainly compared to other companies). Placing the order I was a little anxious as to whether the product would be of high quality, but having had it installed my fears where for nothing: I am very pleased with the product which is of excellent quality, was fitted professionally, and blends in very well with the understaffs area. I have already recommended Clever Closets to several of my close friends.

I saw a neighbour had used the under stairs for storage and as I have a modern house I thought it was brilliant. Fitter who came was thorough and very pleasant. He cleared up after himself. He put in 2 drawers for shoes and one for gloves , hats and outdoor wear. It was well finished and looks great in the hall. Although it cost about£700 which is a lot of money I’m pleased I had them done and would recommend Clever Closets to anyone.

Love our new understair storage, the hallway looks so much better. The drawers are easy to open and close and hold all our shoes no problem. The installer was really efficient and left the hall more tidy than when he arrived! We had been quoted for just 2 drawers but when he arrived he said he could fit in 3 drawers and advised the price, we went with the 3 drawers. Great product and great service.

Would highly recommend, the work has been done to a very high standard the carpenter was very clean and tidy and kept me informed on what he was doing at all times, The extra storage I now have is brilliant he turned this wasted space into storage I would never have thought would be possible.

We had the under stairs storage, the customer service was excellent and the fitter had to do some modifications and did a great job.

We had an unused space under the stairs, which clever closets were able to design and increase our utility of them. On the day, the fitter took another look at the space and provided additional recommendations that provided us with more storage. Very professional, high quality finish and the most reasonable pricing I found.
