Panetta Design Architects

We used Panetta Design Architects to design an internal reconfiguration of our existing kitchen and bathroom located on the ground floor of our family home. We required a larger bathroom and smaller kitchen that would accommodate our elderly parents. Rossella visited our home and she immediately understood our requirements. She came up with the original design and also introduced us to the builder we used, who was excellent. Throughout the refurbishment, Rossella was flexible, helping us and the builder maximise the potential of the space. She proposed two options including links to websites for the building materials, fixtures and fittings, tiling and paint colours. All were within our required budget. This helped us enormously! The end product is stunning and we couldn't be happier with her architectural design and the quality of the building work. None of this would have been achievable without the significant input given by Panetta Design Architects.

I am in awe of the work that Panetta Design Architects put in to designing my bathroom. Im not a creative person and was in a lot of stress in trying to figure out a design that I would be happy with. Along comes Rossella who came up with ideas to create a practical, cost effective living space full of light and colours that would make me feel that Im living in chic, luxury home. I just had the bathroom completed and i cannot describe how happy i was with the outcome. There was no way that I could have come up with the layout of the bathroom. My friends and family who visited me all commented how beautiful the bathroom was. Her planning, drawings were meticulous so much so the builders were really happy with how precise the specifications were. There was no waiting for her to call me or meet with me, she answered all my questions and was very clear on what would or would not work. She was accessible to the builders and was able to liaise with them regularly. Rossella was also communicating with me on a daily basis to ensure that I was comfortable with the project. Ive watched her work on the drawings and plans and it was like watching an artist at work, very focused and passionate about making sure me (the client) was happy with it. Its rare to find an Architect with vision, expertise, high level of professionalism and passion for her work, but I found her and will continue to work with Rossella for future projects in my home.

I worked with Rossella on a large renovation of our semi-detached Family home in North London. One and a half -year project from start to finish. We had a long design process, in which we have learned a lot and have been guided through the whole process with very realistic 3d visuals before getting to a final agreement. Detailed construction drawings were very meticulous and very much helpful for the construction company who did the works in order to get things right and on time. Rossella came up with a brilliant project proposal, very far from what I originally thought it could be done to a very old house. The result is a bright, smart and elegant home, which makes us proud of living in. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are fully bespoke; Rossella has worked on all the aspect of the house Architectural and interior design including lighting and outdoor garden design. In the end, our house has been short-listed for SBID international design award 2018, which made us even more excited I would absolutely recommend.
