When we purchased our house in October 2023 we knew we were going to demolish it and build a brand new house on its site. We have been working with Studio 212 Ltd on designing our new build in a conservation area in South East London since this time and have just received planning permission. Jolanta and Daniel took our vision and helped us turn it into reality. They are very professional and have an amazing eye for detail. We now have approval for a wonderful light and airy 5 bed family house and cannot wait to continue to work with Studio 212 Ltd on the next stages as we start the build and move onto the interior design of our new home.

Review: STAGE A:DESIGN - Advice we have provided on the function flow of your house & implementation of the desired extension and alterations & PLANNING application that we have submitted on your behalf Daniel has been a great help throughout the whole process. To start with Daniel and Jolanta prepared design for our future rear extension project. I enjoyed the freshness of the ideas and adaptation to our wishes. Every step of the project was delivered before the deadlines and to the excellent standards. Then, Daniel took all the responsibilities on submission of our planning to the Planning Department (including chasing the officers, preventing delays). Daniel was well up to date with the all current documentation and plannings that were going in our area. That helped us to prepare a very strong case. Daniel also was kind and did some extra calculations and research needed for our case. In general, It was pleasure to work with Daniel and Jolanta. They always go extra mile, make sure the client is happy and the case is strong.

Daniel and Jolanta of Studio 212 Ltd were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They designed a truly fantastic ground floor extension for us which opened up the back of our house producing a lovely kitchen/diner/living area with beautiful natural lighting from the new skylights above. They also designed us a stunning bathroom which provides more storage space in a beautifully contemporary design as well as a hallway downstairs with subtle and beautifully designed cupboards too. It has totally transformed our house which we are soon to move back into. Jolanta and Daniel's vison was far better than we ever imagined the house could be like which included some clever interior designs now giving it perfectly understated storage space along with a bio-fire and so much more space for our family bringing the garden closer to the rear glass sliding doors yet giving us the desired effect of blending the interior living space with the outdoors. The co-ordination and guidance though out the process was very professional and thorough and our builders who were recommended by Jolanta have been able to fully match the design and keep to the build quality we wanted. We could not have wished for a better experience which included alot of Zoom calls during covid. Nothing was too much trouble for Studio 212.

It has been a pleasure to work with you both and see the house grow. I am pleased you were satisfied with the builder that carried out the works, all internal finishes and joinery.
Project was challenging with the uphill landscape but when I look at the outcome I couldn't have wished for a better one.
I hope boys have a lot of place to run about and thank you for letting us do the photo shoot. of the extension. It helps our future clients to see what we design and deliver and that we are involved till the very end.

This is the first time we have ever worked on something as big as this and Jolanta has been very skilled at putting our mind at ease and managing us as well as the project plans! From the outset Jolanta has been understanding of our project, explaining the different stages of the process and offering suggestions along the way. Different to some architects, Jolanta offers a range of plans allowing us to decide what we liked from each before collating, where possible into a single design. The planning process has went really smoothly and we have just gained approval. Thank you for all the assistance and I would highly recommend using 212 for your project!

We have loved working with Jolanta and Daniel on our house extension plans to date - after a short meet up they knew exactly what we were looking for and have nailed the brief. The designs and images produced are clear, modern and professional, allowing you to see options and get a feel for what the finished article will look like. The communication is quick and efficient both via email, WhatsApp and Zoom, allowing us to discuss ideas and see their impacts on the designs with quick turnarounds. We have had an excellent experience working with the Studio 212 team. We have been working with them to create designs and secure planning permission for a loft conversion and kitchen extension. Jolanta came up with a multitude of ideas that fitted our needs, and went the extra mile tweaking and making amendments in order to get it exactly how we wanted. We will be using them for the rest of our project, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services!

Jolanta and Daniel helped us secure planning permission on an extension. They were very helpful and enthusiastic throughout the whole process and came up with loads of great ideas even though it was only a small project. I asked Studio 212 to aid in a planning application and further development of a dormer loft conversion in a conservation area. The quality of planning and communication have been amazing and I highly value and recommend for any future work. Jolanta and Daniel made sure to accommodate for every little detail and comment I had on the application and I am very grateful for it. They also paid huge detail to the property being in a conservation area and considered all possible complication scenarios. I'm looking forward to completing the project once a permission is granted.

We engaged Studio 212 for the proposed renovation of our mid-terraced 1960’s house set in a conservation area. We were set in our minds about the type of extension we wanted. However, I must say Jolanta and Daniel came up with a well thought out open plan design that completely changed what we thought we would like. Studio 212 were very professional in their approach, friendly and helped us navigate the daunting prospect of obtaining planning permission in a conservation area. Studio 212 successfully obtained the required permission from the council for our ground floor extension. We now look forward to completing this project and bringing the plans to reality.

Studio 212 helped me design a full Victorian terrace renovation with a loft conversion. They came up with innovative solutions with respect to maximising space and ensuring that our personal design aesthetic was taken into account. Daniel and Jola worked with me on two projects. Firstly to secure permission for a loft extension to a Grade II Listed house for which permission was very difficult to get but Daniel negotiated through to success. I hired them again to design a totally new house on a plot in a London conservation area. They are both so professional and patient! together with their artistic flair and practical knowledge they were great to work with.

Studio 212.eu Drew interior design specific drawings for our currently on going extension to our home in Chislehurst. I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from. They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. It was definitely worth our money. Approachable architects that I’d not hesitate to recommend.
