We hired RemodelMax to do 3 projects at our house simultaneously. We are very happy with the results and would definitely hire them again! Not only did they do a great job, but the team was a pleasure to have around the house. It was the same people every day, so we were able to get comfortable with them and it almost felt weird when they were done and no longer around! We would absolutely recommend RemodelMax for any home remodeling project.

I’m not even sure where to begin with Remodel Max. I met with 5 different companies, looking for the best choice for us. I wanted a company with a fantastic reputation. One that could bring a variety of ideas and options to meet our goal. But most importantly, a company that was building OUR bathroom, not their bathroom. Someone who would design and build the bathroom that WE wanted, not that they envisioned, or they thought would look best, or most appealing to them. It was OURS, and we wanted it built for US. Right from the start, Dennis made it very clear that their goal was to build what WE wanted. He gave us a variety of options and ideas, constantly asked us if we were happy with the functionality of the design, and gave us all of the tools that we needed to design the bathroom that we wanted. They did an outstanding job of preparing the area they would work in to minimize the dust, and kept us informed every step of the way with the project. The crew, Mitch and Brennan, could not have been more professional and accommodating. They do top notch work, and checked with us daily to keep us informed and ask us questions. The price we felt was reasonable for the work. Sure, we had offers that were less, but it wouldn’t have been the bathroom we were looking for in the end. We will not hesitate to use Remodel Max again in the future, and I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs anything done.

We were beyond thrilled with the work completed by Remodel Max to complete our unfinished basement. The team was a pleasure to work with and their craftsmanship is top notch. Wayne and his team at Remodel Max were an absolute pleasure to work with when finishing off our basement. Wayne was involved from the very beginning and came out promptly to scope out the job and give an initial estimate. He took our considerations and visions for the space into account and helped translate those ideas into a fun and functional space for our house. They did a fantastic job from a workmanship standpoint. They were flexible and creative as we encountered additional challenges from issues the builders left us - they are committed to not just doing the job but doing it right. Lastly, I’d note that Wayne was BY FAR the best contractor we’ve ever had in terms of communication. He frequently made site visits to check on progress and to relay what was going to be happening next. We were so satisfied with the basement project that we hired his team for our floors as well (another A+ experience). We would absolutely recommend Wayne and his team at Remodel Max. They are very fairly priced for the excellent service they provide and for the quality of service and communication you get from Wayne and his team.

We have twice used the services of RemodelMax. The first time was for a complete basement-to-roof rebuild of a disaster rowhouse in Baltimore. Wayne always kept his word on that protracted project. The beautiful result always rented in the first couple of showings and sold some twelve years later within the first month. We were completely delighted with our dealings with Wayne and the results he promised were what he delivered. Subsequently, we were the victim of a damaging break-in on that same property, some 11 years later, between tenants. In the process we discovered that a realtor had not reset the alarm and, as a result we lost one major appliance, had two more destroyed as the thieves tried to remove them, and the main floor severely dented by the idiots trying to move the refrigerator to the front door. But, once again, it was Wayne to the rescue. He did us a great favor by coming to take on a job in a tough neighborhood once again. Again, he made all the arrangements, including appliances replacement and the house looked good as new when we immediately put it on the market. When you hire a home improvement contractor there seem to be several things that must be considered and monitored: 1) Will they show up on time… and every time? 2) Will they do the work RIGHT the FIRST time? 3) Will they complete the job FAST (quick resolution)? 4) Will their pricing be fair? 5) Will they try to up-sell during the process? 6) Will their communication be consistently good; and will they be consistently available to me? 7) Will they fix anything that did not work out right? And without hassle? 8) What kind of guarantee will they provide? Honestly, having dealt with Wayne Huller of RemodelMax for twelve years we can tell you he is our go-to guy in Baltimore. Without exception, Wayne and his crew have been people of integrity and with great workmanship. They showed up as promised, did the work right the first time and without a bunch of prodding from us (we are in CA so have dealt with Wayne remotely). They have completed each project as promised with fair pricing and no up-selling. If there was a choice between methods or products Wayne explained features/benefits of each and left the decision to us. When things needed adjustment they were quick to respond. Even during our sales listing process Wayne’s assistant came out to the house a couple of times to deal with ADT issues that were not their responsibility (avoid ADT). Their guarantee is simple: they did the work to high standards the first time; if there are reasonable subsequent issues they have proven to be very reliable. What more could one say about a contractor. Our recommendation: Don’t hire any home improvement contractor until you meet with Wayne Huller of RemodelMax.

Very satisfied with the quality of the work. Workers kept the mess in the work space to a minimal and cleaned their areas so the mess stayed put during the build. I am very happy with the way the space turned out once completed. My only issue I want to mention is the timeline. We were told the process would take a week or two but that turned into four weeks. I understand coordinating different contractors takes time so I would recommend giving customers a reasonable time table in the future to eliminate the frustration we encountered. As I said, the work is outstanding and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. I would recommend this company for any home improvements.

I saw a job done by Remodel Max at a neighbor's home last year and loved it. So when it was time to replace our kitchen floor, I called them. Rebecca was so accommodating and attentive to what we wanted, she was very easy to work with. The scheduling was easy, too, and the job was done on schedule as expected. I wasn't home, but my husband said the owner of the company came by to be sure we were happy with the job. We were!

We had a little bit of a rocky start, but after the owner took over everything was smooth sailing, They did a great job and I am very pleased with how my renovations turned out. Wayne, the owner, treats every job like it's his own house and really cares about his customers. Very happy and would recommend to others.

Remodel Max did a great job remodelling our kitchen! They helped us redesign the layout and helped us through the decisions on materials, colors and design step-by-step. The kitchen looks fantastic, and is just what we imagined. They also did a make-over on our fireplace which involved covering quite a bit of brick with drywall and installing a new mantel. The results of that project were beautiful, as well. Overall, Remodel Max was professional, capable and helpful throughout the time they worked in our house. Any issues we had we're resolved in a timely manner and the end results were great.

My husband and I recently completed a major home remodeling project through Remodel Max. After meeting with 3 other company's, our decision was easy and the result is a home we love renewed with lasting quality. The Remodel Max team replaced all essential functions; HVAC, electrical and plumbing as well as rebuilding a prior addition. The individuals performing the work delivered an excellent product. They were courteous, professional and just plain good people we were glad to have in our home! As happens with all remodeling projects, when problems arose, the right players were assembled to work through the issue and keep the project on track. They were creative and resourceful with a commitment to excellence. The project completed on budget. No regrets, we're happy to have been a part of the Remodel Max family.

Remodel Max moved the existing, small and non-functional kitchen to the other side of the kitchen space. The back slider was relocated, windows added, new plumbing, new electrical, flooring and custom cabinets. The finished kitchen is more than we could have hoped for! Wayne and Rebecca provided great communications and project oversight to the team of exceptional technicians performing the work. Remodel Max did an excellent job for us in restoring our house and upgrading floors and kitchen. We had water damage from a toilet supply pipe in the master bath. The house was stripped down to studs and plywood. Wayne, Brandon and Eddie came in and put it back together, all 3 floors and upgraded the damaged bathroom to a showroom special, installed hardwood floors, did a super job of redesigning the kitchen and upgraded the basement flooring. We would highly recommend Remodel Max to anyone who is changing or upgrading your home. The professional and quality service provided was excellent and completed in a timely manner and within cost estimated.

I had them install a bedroom bathroom in what was a walk in closet. I can't say enough nice things about the timelines, the accuracy of the estimate, the various trade pros that came to do the work (plumbing, tiling, carpentry, ect.), and the design. The owner, Wayne, was always available and frequently stopped by to examine the progress. I found everyone to be friendly, trustworthy, and highly skilled, and I am very happy with my new bathroom!

They were great. They were on punctual, friendly, and their work was done on time and exceeded my expectations. The work I needed spanned many areas of carpentry skills and they were able to get it done with zero problems. I highly recommend this company.

We have hired Remodel Max on more than one occasion. First they added a new, full bathroom to our basement. Then they did a gut and remodel on our existing bathroom. The last project they did for us was opening the back wall of our house, adding a sliding door, small deck to a new patio. Everyone at Remodel Max is easy to work with and they do an excellent job. We will hiring them in the further to add a 2nd floor master bedroom addition and to finish our basement.

We hired Remodel Max to redo our kitchen. They did that and more. They were here every day working on something. A few extra things came up and they handled it in stride. My kitchen and dining room turned out gorgeous. Branden, Ed and Luke became our second family. They did a great job! Wayne and Jeff kept everything flowing the way it should go. Wayne kept all the work on schedule.
