WA Country Builders

We had a lovely home built in our beautiful Great Southern (completed April 2022). The build itself was fantastic and our Supervisors Todd and Dion were excellent. Overall we were really pleased with the finished product. The only downside was the plumbing fixtures (Alder). My advice would be to pay a little extra and get decent taps. These turned out to be and look cheap and nasty! The fixtures we have now are so disappointing. We are still waiting after months and months to have the two taps in our ensuite replaced. They leak constantly! The other disappointment is the odour from the septic system (Neptune) vents. As homeowners for well over 40 years we had never experienced anything like the odour from the vent on the roof of the house. It makes it very unpleasant to sit under the patio and enjoy our amazing views or walk around the side of the house to our shed. Again we are still waiting for this to be extended to help alleviate the odour which has gone on for the past year.

Myself and my husband currently live in Augusta however we wanted to build an Investment property in Margaret River. We did a lot of research and looked at a number of local builders in the area. When we approached the new homes consultant from WA Country Builders Margaret River we instantly knew that we wanted to build with WA Country Builder.s We had a small block of land and a specific budget we wanted to stick to and our new homes consultant said it wasn't and issue. She showed us a number of plans and undertook a cut and paste system to design the perfect house for our block and budget. Construction began on our home as we flew out to Africa for 10 weeks. We were confident that WA Country Builders would be able to manage the build without our input... we had no sleepless nights! We arrived back home just in time to see our roof framework complete. Our home was built very quick, in 6 months. We were very pleased with the level of communication throughout our build. and we have developed a lasting friendship with our new homes consultant.

My husband and I have recently completed building our new home South of Perth. We chose to build with WA Country Builders because we wanted a unique home, not something that comes off a truck! We hadn't built a new home for 25 years so we were a little nervous as to what to expect. Our new homes consultant was very helpful and helped us design our new home exactly how we wanted and to meet our budget. Everyone we dealt with through the process was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed and answered any questions we had. We are very happy that we chose to build our new home with WA Country Builders.

We have recently completed building a custom home with Country Builders in Geraldton. We chose to build a custom home design to make the most of the ocean views and to account for my large workshop. As there is only the two of us living in the home, we designed the home especially to meet our needs and suit our lifestyle. I used to work in the building industry and had a good understanding of what to expect. Holding a close relationship with the site supervisor and new home administrator was very important as they provided great communication and addressed issues as soon as they arose. Our plasterer was very good, he was only 40 years old and still using the old school methods for a perfect finish. There is a lot involved in the building process and the team at WA Country Builders provided us with an enjoyable experience.
