“I received 4 quotes to renovate my bathroom and laundry. Broadwater Builds was not the most expensive nor the cheapest. I was impressed with the professional approach of the company. I was given a detailed schedule of the work to be done. Louis also kept in constant contact with me, during the renovation, with updates when tradesmen were coming to my house. During the renovation I requested the work be completed by a certain date due to my sister coming from UK for a short holiday. Louis worked "his magic" and the renovation was completed the day before my sister arrived! I thoroughly recommend Broadwater Builds to anyone who requires renovation work done to their home.”

“We’re currently building with Refined Edge and cannot praise them highly enough. From the outset, they were able to provide an architect designed home for our narrow block at the same price point as many of the “cookie cutter” off-the-plan designs we had looked at. The build process itself has been amazing - after hearing so many horror stories about other builders from friends, we have found our build with Refined Edge to be nothing but exciting and fun. Our site manager Ryan has not only seamlessly coordinated the build and ensured every aspect has been of the highest quality, but he has kept us fully abreast of every development along the way and has always dropped everything to meet us on site whenever we have had questions. In addition, he and the team have provided outstanding advice on different options ranging from interior fit-outs to landscaping, all the time working with us to keep the project on budget. “I had initially commenced searching for a builder by going to all the 'big' known builders and became so disillusioned with how they reacted to my list of requirements that I soon realised that I needed to find a small niche builder who can cater for my specific needs. This would be my 3rd home so I already knew what I wanted and what I could afford. I found the perfect builder in Create Homes. In fact I ended up forfeiting my initial deposit I had already paid to another builder so I could then commit and sign a contract with Create Homes. I found them highly professional in everything they did. They communicated with me constantly and I had access to the builder Matt who is a wonderful person to work with. Matt and I spent many hours going over all the detail to ensure that they built the home to my specification. Matt's knowledge of building is extremely high which gave me assurance that Create Homes would build me a strong sturdy home to last for many years. The quality and workmanship was extremely high as I was an extremely fussy owner therefore my expectations were very high- I was not disappointed as I was very happy with the final completion of my home. Matt had a good control over deadlines and the home progressed at an extraordinary speed such that it was finished within 19 weeks. Create homes did not sacrifice quality but rather it was their attention to detail in ensuring that supply of materials,goods, tradesmen all occurred in a timely manner and therefore no time was wasted. In the end the 19 weeks build saved me money in that I was able to shift from the rental property into my home very quickly. I appreciated having the ability to communicate with the builder and the other Directors which meant that decisions could be made quickly. Would I build with this builder again 'Definitely". It was truly a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends as I have confidence in their ability to build and deliver a really good home. 坪単価だけで新築にかかる費用を計算できる？
