Great job installing our shower glass in the master. We got several bids and Anchor was not the highest or the lowest but I feel like they knew what they were doing. Answered all our questions and they were very helpful in making adjustments to the hardware install. We are very happy we used Anchor.

I usually gravitate towards smaller companies, but Ventana has very well-oiled system in place. Communication is good and the technicians have been clean, polite and thorough. I have used them 5-6 times this year and will continue to do so in the future.

A large glass area over my bathroom sink area needed replacement after having the room remodeled. Anchor-Ventana came out to measure and had the new mirror ready for delivery in less than a week. The service people were very helpful and nice to work with.

I've worked with other local glass companies and Anchor-Ventana has the best turnaround and customer service, hands down. I ordered some cabinet glass for the kitchen and two glass table tops. Everything went smoothly, from the ordering to the scheduling to the installation and follow up. I highly recommend them.

My builder used this company for the glass in my new home build on Lake Travis. Well…here are the facts. 1. I paid 25% more than the market/competition. 2. I had to wait 4 almost 5 months for the glass & hardware to arrive for my new home build. 3. When they did finally get all the glass installed, they just threw it up and left all the mark-ups and client and dimensional information that they had written on all over the glass for me to spend an hour and a half removing and cleaning up. Do yourself a favor and run away from these guys as fast as you can. I could go on and on about the crappy overpriced service, but I think you get my point.

We are sorry to learn of your experience with Anchor-Ventana. We did note the time of your project listed and regretfully during the Fall of 2014 the industry as a whole was experiencing delays due to vendor issues; for example our large glass vendor purchasing others that service the Central Texas area. In times like that it is difficult for retail suppliers to distribute product we cannot get to arrive. That being said I would like to personally apologize for any unmet expectations you experienced. Capitol Design

Originally, the client wanted to use another vendor they had worked with in the past. After a few discussions with the vendor, I decided they were not suited for the precision craftsmanship that was necessary for this project. I had used Ventana on a residential project that required a glass countertop cut in a very unusual shape. I was confident that they could make the top for the furniture in the current project. The finished product is beautiful and the client was thrilled with the results.

I have recommended and personally used the services of Anchor-Ventana and have been very happy with their attention to detail and warranty. When a manufacturer of back painted glass went out of business and their glue started showing through the glass, Anchor Ventana replaced the glass and researched an alternate glue to complete the project.
