Truly enjoyed working with Chris and his team. They helped replace our old prewar doors and baseboards. Not only did Chris stick to his initial quote and timing, but he finished a day early. He was 100% communicative throughout and was always on the job site. His attention to detail was refreshing to see. Too many contractors rush the job. Chris and his team did the job right and it shows. Cannot recommend enough. Plan to have TRC back for any and all future work.

Chris and team did an excellent job renovating the top floor of our family home in Brooklyn. They renovated 3 bedrooms and the stairs, which needed a very major facelift. TRC refinished the original hardwood floors, opened up the master closet wall and installed new doors. They even installed chandeliers and new cabinet in bathroom and hallway. The floor molding and door frames were updated and everything looks new! One of my favorite things was TRC’s great communication, we got daily video updates on status! The best part is we were able to get it done in time for the holidays! Thank you to the team for giving us such a great gift!

The project was handled in a very professional matter all the following included : project completion, proper estimate provided and work. I originally hired TRC for artificial (turf) grass installation. While he was working we also added 2 other small projects awning and the back wall stucco and painting. Easy and friendly to work with We have a small backyard in BK where we couldn't keep the grass healthy no matter what.

TRC Inc. restored my faith in contractors and construction companies! We wanted a company that would do a great job at a fair price and we found it. TRC recently remodeled the ground floor apartment in our brownstone in Brooklyn. They did everything: wall repairs, baseboard and molding replacements, painting, and installing vinyl flooring and new doors--and the results are beautiful. Chris at TRC is amazing; he responds quickly and is committed to quality work so you know you are in good hands with him. During the project, we discovered a mold issue and, without missing a beat, he adjusted the schedule to keep work moving forward while we dealt with the mold inspection and remediation. We had to add additional work to the project to rebuild the wall and pantry where the mold was found. Chris added these items to the project at a fair price and without much impact to the timeline. I recommend TRC and would certainly use them in the future for our home projects.

Chris turned around a remarkable build out that involved everything from custom benches, electrical, painting, drywall to sanding and refinishing the floors in 5 weeks. He was a really great communicator throughout and the project went off without any problems. The whole process of working with Chris and his crew was seamless and a pleasure to work with. We took an empty loft space and created a full retail environment, office and large meeting room including the installation of a 300 lb mahogany door and custom wood work. He did a great job troubleshooting all along in ways that saved us money and time.

They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. They renovated a kitchen, bathroom, closet, ripped out old kitchen, bath, floors and installed all new plus new moldings and did a few built ins which turned out great. We are very pleased and would most definitely use them again.
