“The Design team and the Construction/Build team at Avant-Garde Contracting were true professionals to work with. The team was fully transparent from the beginning to the end with all costs, issues they foresaw arising later on, and with the timeline. From the inception of my townhouse project through to completion, it was an absolute ease. Avant-Garde Contracting has managed to turn construction in NYC into something that isn't a nightmare for homeowners. By Avant-Garde Contracting having a design team and a construction team working hand in hand; this allowed the team to stay within budget while delivering the results I expected from my meeting with the design team. Avant-Garde Contracting is the product of the upcoming generation bringing their experiences and talents into an old industry where you often hear horror stories and experiences, especially in the NYC area. “Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I’ve had 4 renovations done before in my other apartments, but hands down, this was the smoothest one so far. Good luck to you guys!”

“From start to finish my experience with Oz from KQ Developers has been nothing but great. My husband and I moved to NYC from Florida and we bought a condo. We needed a complete remodel. Oz was kind enough to come over our condo to meet with us and go over the whole project. We had our kitchen and our master bathroom completely remodeled. We also had our walls completely painted through out the whole condo. The best part of this was my brick accent wall he put into our living room. One thing I have to say was it took a little longer then we expected because of delay in materials (not his fault) but it was worth the wait to receive our dream place. Thanks Oz and thanks for welcoming my husband and I to New York.”

The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. “We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. “Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!! I’m so happy you were available to do my new home remodel now :)!! THE BEST!!”
