Our first renovation project with Toro Renovations was to create our dream kitchen. The Toro team brought our ideas to life and added their own amazing touches to make the project so much better. Tom and Christine were trustworthy, kind, and creative. Our kitchen project was completed on time and on budget. We were so thrilled with the kitchen renovation that we hired Toro a second time to re-do our family room. It is now our favourite room in the house (actually it’s tied with the kitchen). They created for us a very comfy room with a gorgeous fireplace as its focal point. The finishes are so beautiful, and reflect the craftmanship and quality that went into every element. So, when the exterior of our home needed a refresh, naturally, we hired Toro for a third time. We now have (we believe) the most beautiful house on the block. People still stop us as they pass, and compliment us on the look. Again, everything was done on time and on budget. Toro’s attention to detail was second to none. We love our renovated home (inside and out) and couldn’t be happier with the service. If you want to create your dream home, we would recommend Tom and Christine at Toro Renovations to everyone.

Another great experience with Toro, we have now worked on several projects with Tom and Christine. We love their personal touch and enthusiastic attitude, no project to large or to small. They have done complete renos on our kitchen, main floor half bath and master bathrooms. In addition, they have taken on small projects like ceiling repairs, painting the front hall, updating trim, kids bathroom floor, front hall closet update and replacing flooring throughout the main floor. From design to completion they have not disappointed. Christine has an amazing eye for decorating, after really listening to what my tastes were - and being very patient when it came to kitchen lighting, she brings samples and ideas I had not thought of. Tom sets realistic and achievable deadlines, pays great attention to detail in his work or supervision of subcontractors and brings years of experience to the job site. They followed-up on the jobs to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and made it a priority to fix any concerns until completely rectified. These folks really love what they do, Toro is nothing short of five stars!

Excellent work at a reasonable price. We have used Tom and Toro Renovations twice in the past 3 years and plan on a third time this summer for our deck (front and back) as well as exterior doors. Tom is prompt, friendly and very professional. He has proven experience with many different types of renovations and it shows in his work, attitude and end-product. We have a 1911 house that can sometimes be full of difficult work. Tom and Christine walk us through their renovation process, create a comprehensive estimate, detail the work scope and keep to the budget (no budget surprises). Previously, Tom finished our basement, installed AC and a new furnace, rebuilt our hhome office to match the kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, changed-out the soaker tub in our upstairs bathroom and laid new carpet throughout the house.
