Nice selection of quality products, helpful staff, but prices are perhaps higher than elsewhere and one product had to be reordered multiple times after it was damaged in tranit an equal number of times - although that may have been the manufacturer's fault for not packing it in sufficient wrapping. Faucets and shower hard ward were, however, beautiful on final installation.

My designer Michelle Baxter Langford took me to TKO Associates to look at hardware for my kitchen and den remodel. Liz Ocone helped me wade through numerous choices on a couple of occasions because I really had no idea what I wanted other than pulls, rather than knobs. When I found a pull I liked on-line, but it was not available in the larger size I needed, she researched her suppliers and found a similar one. The quality was better and the pulls were very elegant. I would never have been able to find them myself.
