I bought 4 doors from them and they were awesome. Lillian was my go to. You get to design your own door or choose something they have. Front door and pantry door are my favorites.

The company did beautiful work! I have had many people come to my home and say what a transformation! Unfortunately, since January I have had trouble getting them to address an issue. A spot on the ironwork, the paint came off. Probably 1/4" by 3" max. After two months of trying to get them to give me a reply; phone calls, texts, emails, and in person I decided to write reviews. They finally gave me a figure of $859 to fix the problem by painting it. I declined. They came back with several about $550. I declined. They came back and said they would sand down the entire panel and paint it for free! I was excited and said great! The only caveat was I had to take down all the negative reviews first then they would put me on their schedule. I declined and said the opposite must happen, you do the work and I will rewrite a review. No word at this time.

Waited almost a year for my railings and gates to come in only to be wrong many times. Installation was the worst Ives seen. Had to replace the tile floor 3 times where they kept installing them in the wrong place. No one ever called back or showed up when they were supposed to. Now the atrian rails are installed wrong and won’t pass code and I have more flooring to replace because they installed in the wrong place I’ve sent everyone in the company pictures but no one will come back. They call every other week for there balance, I go over the same story and send more pictures nothing happened I guess because it will cost more to complete than they have coming , would never go back

After a long wait, I finally had my iron door installed & it came out great. I had previously posted a negative review based on the long wait & missed installation dates. I was upset & needed to vent. However, it is complete & am very happy with the results. My sincere apology to Cris Garza. She handled the situation graciously. She is truly a professional construction specialist. The technician Ali & his son did an outstanding job. See photo. I now feel very comfortable in highly recommending San Marcos Iron Doors.

The worse installation. The negligence is appalling. They broke my brick outside and my tile inside. The door frame is crooked not level; they damaged my light switches by the door where I cannot turn them on without popping a breaker. To y said the door was crooked because I have found satin issues without coming out to see it. I just bought the house and no foundation issues, according to professional. Spent almost $5000 and the negligence in installation is appalling. Excuse after excuse for why the door is crooked and everting broken. Go with a professional company.

Mrs. Garza, I understand this was explained to you already; your installation required that the brick had to be removed, in order to install your new double door. During remodel installations like yours this is a normal procedure our technicians come across everyday. Your light switch was very close to the sidelight window, (which was replaced with the new doors) our technicians can't move light switches so the metal trim they installed had to be installed around the light fixture. Is our understanding that all issues were resolved and fixed last Friday which was the only day you were available. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us we are here to help in the best way possible.

We had San Marcos produce our magnificent front door (12’ X 9’)... this took a while, but the finished product is beautiful. Becky was great to work with and the installation team was outstanding.

Our doors are beautiful. When the installers arrived with the doors and frame to install, they found that the measurements we're off slightly. They had to redo the facing in order to cover the space between the doors and the doorway. Finished product was great!

We love our new front doors and transom from San Marcos Iron Doors. The project from design start to finish took 5 months but partly because we designed them ourselves. Dottie was incredible!! She was the only one we worked with other than the installers and her knowledge, care and professionalism was amazing!!! We would highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again on future projects we may have.
