We hired Helena and Robert (Master Carpenter) to both renovate our kitchen, pantry, dining room, and service entrance and oversee our electrical panel upgrade from 100 to 200 amps. From speedy permit approvals to the finished design (using our sketches and ideas, and improving them), Helena and Robert worked their magic to beautifully transform our home. All of their subcontractors were exceptional in every way, and we couldn't be happier with their work. We continue working with Helena on various other projects in our brownstone because of her and Robert's unique ability to listen to and understand the project, then bring the best subcontractors to do the work correctly the first time. Helena completely removes the fear factor in home improvement, and the results are stunning.

Helena and her expert team have renovated two Manhattan apartments for me from top to bottom. The first job cost around $50,000 and the second was several hundred thousand. They possess the highest standards of quality and do a beautiful job. Yet - and I find this pretty rare among high-end New York interior designers and construction firms - they also came up with ways to save me money on the various projects. Helena and her team can do anything from knocking down walls or building them, to overseeing plumbers, electricians, sound system installers, painters, HVAC installers, all of whom they have experience with and can hire and supervise for you. Helena and her team are responsive to client concerns. They are professional and responsible and caused no issues with my buildings' residents or management during the jobs. That is important when you're doing a major renovation in a condo or coop building. Helena is a pleasure to work with and has a great design sense. I highly recommend this company.

Room For Change We long wanted to turn a bare corner of our Soho loft into a home office, book shelving, and art storage area. By god fortune, a neighbor having their loft redesigned, introduced us to Room For Change. We took part in the design process that was thoughtful and integrated perfectly with the art studio area and other library shelving. Craftmanship was of the highest quality and on-site work was done primarily with hand tools and dust free. The project was meticulous, on time and a lot of fun. Not only did we get more than we expected, but we also made two wonderful friends in Helena and Robert. We give our highest recommendation to Room For Change.
