Andy and his team did very professional work on my old house in Marbella, South Spain. High quality of refurbishment, good feeling for the owners wishes, keeping always an eye on the budget. You could rely on deadlines. The workers left the construction site every day very clean. Even not being on site every day the project was driven forward in time. They really did an excellent job. Event after finishing all the work Andy continues caring about the project.

I wish to thank Promas Building and Andy for making our appartment completely up to date. Andy and his people did their utmost to fullfill our wishes, and they did a wonderful job. Andy delivered more than promised, at a super price and in a very fast and effective way. We are so grateful that everything was done on time, well in fact done before promised. We left our appartment for Andy and his team, and we were kept informed regularly with pictures and mails. Absolutely nothing to worry about. I can’t say enough positive words about this experience. The transformation of my bathroom and bedroom is stunning. I hit it off with Andy on our first meeting. My bathroom was old-fashioned, dark and without any external light. His talent, advice, professionalism and brilliant solutions were valuable. After the renovations it is a showplace! I gave him the keys of my apartment and left the country. Andy and his team at ProMas created 2 amazing bright shower rooms from 1 old bathroom. He kept me informed of unforeseen challenges to which he miraculously found solutions and regularly sent me photos. The wooden floor in my bedroom is such a change. A couple of weeks later I returned to Marbella. The work was done on time, on budget and all debris was carefully removed. We purchased a property in Alhaurin in December 2013 , with the intention of letting the property out for holiday rentals until such time as we decide to move out to Spain permanently. Our most immediate concern was an improvement to the outdoor living area and pool area. We began researching building companies and were very impressed with the work Promas did on an episode of Marbella Mansions. We contacted Andy and agreed to meet up in Spain, Andy immediately made us feel at ease .He was very approachable and extremely helpful in fleshing out our initial ideas, what was also very refreshing was that Andy also advised us against certain things that didn't offer a solid return , saving us money and helping us achieve "bang for buck". There were no additional costs that appeared during the project and the project was finished on time and too a high standard. During the project Andy supplied us with lots of progress photos through Dropbox as well as update emails which is a fantastic piece of service when you live away from the property and wonder how things are progressing, it provides great reassurance Andy helps build excitement. Andy helped us create a stunning pool and lounging area that was unrecognisable to what had been in place before. We are now committed to only using Andy for any future significant works to our Spanish home.

Promas have just completed the refurbishment of our pool and hard landscaping of our garden and I have offered this testimonial in recognition and thanks for the excellent work they have done. The project required a flexible approach to both planning and implementation, at all stages it was well managed and the Promas workers contributed greatly in producing a wonderful result, they exceeded my expectations.

Andy and his team at Promas were contracted by us to build an outside kitchen, barbecue and bar area for us at our property in Benahavis. From the first moment of contact, Andy demonstrated extreme professionalism and gave us great confidence that the project would be completed with care and quality. Being remote, communications on progress and any issues found was important to us and Andy kept us fully informed every step of the way with photos and emails. Andy understood fully what we wanted and proposed solutions if any issues arose - he was also very flexible. The completed project was built to time and looks amazing ! We are ‘home improvement’ businessmen ourselves in England and therefore have high standards of our own, and know what it means to give a value for money service. Initially we chose a few builders to tender to our specifications. We discounted three fairly early on and were proceeding tentatively with the other when, by chance, we were recommended to Andy at Promas. Andy IS Promas. Promas IS Andy. It’s as simple as that. As soon as we met him everything ‘felt right’. He exudes confidence, charm and inspiration. His willingness to price the project accurately rather than a ‘ball park figure’ was comforting. His honesty with his company’s capabilities and technical acumen was refreshing. His attention to detail was always prominent. We were financially wary. We were concerned enough to insist on stage payments and agreed amicably fair amounts at regular intervals. They had to be fair ….. it works both ways. We needn’t have worried. It was all dealt with very professionally and without issue. Travelling every 6 weeks from England, trust was paramount. Andy aided this concern with photos of progress, e-mailed regularly. Andy then ‘introduced’ us to other trades which was really helpful. And whilst he was accommodating for us to deal direct with them if we wished, we were always assured that ultimately Andy was in control of them and responsible. Yes, there were additions along the way, but we were always kept informed and generally glad of the options given. That said, omissions were also fairly conceded, and we ended up on budget and within the target date. Since finishing we have kept in touch. A few snags over the first year were quickly rectified. If it was a fault of Promas …it was FOC. If it was just us wanting a change…we paid. That’s how it should be. And because of that, we have used Promas on minor works since. For us, this all resulted in a dream finish, from a dream team. Thankyou Andy and all workers associated with our project. Without hesitation we highly recommend Promas. PROMAS did an excellent job, beyond expectations of time frame, having only a couple of months to do the work in the summer. It was a very tight schedule but they delivered on time and to budget. They worked very hard and were a close team keeping us up to date at every stage. Andy has amazing ideas on designing new layouts utilising all the space wisely for our family's needs. I certainly would recommend the PROMAS team!
