We hired Powell Roofing twice, once for a leak and then for a full roof replacement. Both times they were very professional, prompt for appointments, exhibited high quality workmanship, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. For my major roof replacement, I had them out for a full estimate, but they weren't pushy to start the new roof until I was ready a couple of weeks later. We had plenty of time to select the shingles and they provide a nice frame work for us to understand the scope of the project, among other crucial details. They maintained professionalism throughout the process of replacing our roof and gutter with great advice and best workmanship without the pushing us into confusing situations. Both the work and the cleanup were perfect. We highly recommend them.

I was extremely nervous about making a decision as large as doing complete roof replacement when I knew absolutely nothing about such a project. Powell Roofing's Jack came out immediately to give me a quote. He showed me all his organizational affiliations and a little background as to not only his experience but also that of his company. And while I'm sure I was driving Jack more than a little crazy with all my questions and concerns, he walked me through all the types of roofing and every aspect of installation. He was incredibly patient, described exactly what products were for and explained the benefits of one product over the other. Once they started the project, they worked straight through to completion and my beautiful new roof was on much more quickly than I would have anticipated. Powell Roofing's crew were friendly and helpful. They were particularly good at letting me know what was going on and answering my many questions. They were very careful with my plants and cleaned up daily. Not only would I recommend them to others needing a new roof, I have already done so.

Replacing my roof was one of the most important and costly investments I had to make! I'm a business person but I am not an expert when it comes to roofing material or roofing installation. I decided to do a great deal of research. Powell Roofing's Mike came out and gave us a quote and discuss the project details. Not only did they take the time to talk with us about the roof replacement but they had a better quote for a higher quality roof. The weather played a little role in getting the roof done in a timely manner. Eventually when the crew got here they had our roof done as scheduled. Professionalism throughout the whole experience. I love how clean and neat they were. There was not even a drop of sawdust. The roof looks amazing. It's straight and tight to the foundation. There are no warped or sloppy cuts. Will be contacting them in a few months to do a separate part of our roof.

I highly recommend Dan at Powell Roofing for your roofing project. He did an exemplary job in replacing my metal roof. During the bidding process he gave me many options and recommendations. He shows up on time and checks in and out with you on a daily basis. He also let's you know of any problems that he encounters in removing your old roof and applying the new roof. My new roof looks fantastic. He is very fastidious in his clean up of the area around your house. His word is his bond. But the best news yet. He completed the job slightly under his bid. Had a leak at my business and found Powell Roofing on houzz. They scheduled a free estimate. They came quick and on time. Hopped on the roof, told me what needed to be done, they took pictures of the job. Made notes and even observed a bee hive that was next door. The reason I mentioned that is because of the attention to detail. Work was done and Dan and his crew did amazing job. They were kind enough to remove all the junk and debris that was left on the roof by other contractors. Very happy I found them and highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Just want to let everyone know that I had the best experience with Powell Roofing. I have a flat roof, so I decided on the Powell Roofing. It's not cheap, but in the long run it pays off. You hardly hear the rain when storming. David, the Project Manager offered the best deal. David was very professional and very detailed . He checked every time to make sure the job was going perfectly. A few times he corrected his crew on minor details. The roof came out so great, our neighbors hired them for their roofing work too.

We decided to have Powell Roofing replace my mom's roof. There where fast & did good work & also gave us good prices when we weren't even expecting it so that was very nice of him. From start to finish, working with Powell Roofing was a pleasure. They embody total customer satisfaction beginning with the initial contract, throughout the actual roofing, the cleanup, and follow up inspections. Throughout the process, all of my questions or concerns were handled promptly and professionally---and to my full satisfaction. I was able to easily contact the salesman, supervisor, or inspector when necessary. When I wasn't sure who to contact, I would call the main office support staff and they would address my questions immediately. I have had negative experiences with other roofing contractors in the past; especially after the sale. No damage to landscaping and no leftover shingles and nails I could find. A leak in our roof started a roofing process with our insurance company. We were able to have a total roof replacement owing to wind and hail damage and had the opportunity to choose our roofing company. After three estimates and interviews, we chose Powell Roofing. Our salesman Dan gave us an estimate without knowing our insurance payments, which lend to their honesty and assured business confidence. After accepting his estimate, he thoroughly helped us with the insurance process and scheduled the roof installment within weeks. Our home is 4000 sq ft and it took 3 days to demolish and install. The crew could not have been any more thorough and professional. Their inspector Jack is thorough and even coming back to reinspect a water heater connection. They offer such great customer service! I highly recommend them for anything under their business umbrella!

He was very patient, helpful and responsive. He spent hours with us explaining everything. He answered or returned all my phone calls and emails. He's very knowledgeable about his industry and helped us a lot with our insurance. Our contract contained every little detail of the job, itemized down to the penny. Nothing was left out. We experienced absolutely no surprises. The scheduling was coordinated perfectly, from delivery of supplies to arrival of the crews.
