Platinum Series by Mark Molthan builds custom luxury homes in Dallas, Texas. We seek to redefine luxury living through excellence in architecture, interior design, and realty services. Platinum Series has also achieved recognition from the National Association of Home Builders for being a top 20 builder in one of the nation’s best real estate markets. During the designing and building process, Mark and his team of architects, builders, and interior designers develop a close relationship with homeowners. All of us at Platinum Series work with clients to ensure that they get the most out of each step of the building and design process. Our custom homes can be found throughout the DFW, with numerous homes in the Park Cities and Preston Hollow areas of Dallas. We have also built out several residential suites in the W Hotel Dallas. In 2008, we completed the LUXE Show Home to benefit Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and the Junior League of Dallas. Last year, Platinum Series completed Bretton Woods, a gated community in the heart of Dallas that includes a private four acre park and walking trails.
