When we first started looking for a builder my husband and I went into numerous homes in the Waco area… all different builders. We will say that locally owned Peavy Homes stood out from the rest. We knew that was who we wanted to build our new home. Our favorite part is you get to pick everything. Your home is completely custom. He uses some of the best local vendors and all while keeping your budget in check. Building a home during a pandemic was a challenge for us all..the shortages and delays were real… but we all made it work. Thank you Jason and your whole staff for everything. His assistant Markaela is a jewel! She will answer all your questions and take great care of you through the whole process. She will become your best friend! His foreman’s Jésus and Michael are always close by the property for you to ask questions about whatever work is being done at the time. They pay attention to details and if something is not exactly right they are already on it before you can even ask about it! Hillary in design will help you put your ideas and inspirations together while coordinating colors and styles. In the end with their whole team by your side your home will be exactly how you envisioned it!.. We are very happy and excited to start our new chapter in our beautiful forever home!.. I have worked with Jason for many years. My company installs stained concrete flooring. Jason is easy to work with. His job sites are always clean and he stays on schedule and he uses only trusted craftsmen to build his homes. Jason is a very knowledgeable builder who has a talent for working with his clients to build the most house at the best price. His floor plans are perfect. Jason Peavy built us a wonderful home. His attention to detail, craftsmanship and quality throughout the entire building process was outstanding from beginning to end. I wrote a previous review stating that my experience was good. At that time we he some issues that had not been addressed. Most things have been taken care of at this time. The reason I am writing another review is because I want everyone to be aware of what happened with our house. From day one we had flooding in the back yard. This was mentioned multiple times. We were told when they do the lot next door it will all drain away. Then the flooding got really bad. The solution was then to dig a hole on the lot next door to drain the water away from our yard. I explained this is a great temporary solution. What happens when the hole is filled back up after a house is built. He promised he would put a French drain in before that happened. The house behind us added new landscaping and this made the problem worse. 2 months before our 1 year warranty expired I mentioned it again and was told he was out of town and would get someone out to look at it. The same thing was told to me the week before warranty expires and the day of. The next week he told me my warranty was expired and it was not his problem. I have had no property damage just a wet yard and a muddy dog. If you are having a home built by Jason please don't let him take advantage of you too.

I purchased a home from Jason Peavy in August, 2014. Mr. Peavy built a quality home with great attention to detail. He was always available to answer questions and help me make the correct decisions. He takes pride in his work as if it were his own home. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a quality home.

I was relocating from Ca and moving to Texas and saw a few homes that were under his construction. Moment I saw the detail and quality in his work, I knew I was going to buy one of his homes. Within the first two days looking at homes in my budget, I found a brand new home that was still under construction. Luckily it was towards then end of the build where I had a few options to choose from and give my home the touch I wanted. I placed an offer, they worked with me and within that month I was already moving in. I am satisfied working with Mr. Jason Peavy, himself.
