Clarity did 2 large jobs for us: 1) We a bought a new home in Fergus and wanted to finish the basement. This included a bedroom, full bath, utility kitchen, and a music room that required specialized sound proofing. We were impressed with the skill and knowledge of everyone at Clarity. We were also afforded flexibility to make changes as we went along, such as the Kitchen was a last minute addition. This project ended one year ago and we are continuing to be very pleased with the results. 2) We had a small yard that sloped upward at the back making it unusable space. With the help of Noah and his team, we came up with a design to build tiered planters. Their skill in planning and building this one of a kind project was very impressive. The had no problem in allowing us to tweak the design as we went along, such as the steps in the middle, as they genuinely wanted to make our vision a reality. The quotes for the project were transparent and accurate. We would not hesitate in recommending Clarity Construction.

Our family hired Noah and his team (Clarity Construction Group) to build a garage at our family cottage up north. They did an amazing job! We communicated our ideas to Noah via pictures and emails. The result was exactly what we hoped for. A Scandinavian style garage that suited the nature of our place in the woods. And all within our budget! Noah kept us up to date with each step and decision (including hiccups). He was always transparent and honest. Great design, build and trust worthy work is what you can expect with Clarity!

Clarity Construction Group installed all the baseboards, hardwood flooring, crown moulding, a custom fireplace surround, and a gorgeous custom wooden herringbone wall feature. This was all done to perfection in my clients 2000 sq foot penthouse. I am an interior decorator based in Toronto and I highly recommend this company. They were extremely professional and their work was seamless and flawless!

Noah was an outstanding contractor/project manager through a basement renovation that included surprises. His calm demeanor, constant communication, ability to share cost updates, and ingenuity solving problems creatively for bits that were problematic all made it far lower stress than I anticipated. In particular, seeking flooring, sourcing a specific parging contractor, prompt and detailed invoicing, and listening to my research and choices made him a pleasure to work with. His crew were skilled younger trades professionals, including an outstanding female carpenter, and I felt confident in their access to the house with older teen children, a further important point.
