We built our house in 2021 and at the time we didn't want to spend the money to finish the basement. A year later we decided we should go ahead and do just that. We couldn't get our builder so we decided to contact Neighborhood Building & Remodeling Co,, we got their name from the Better Business Bureau which gave them an A+ rating. Nicole First came and talked to us about what we wanted and within a day or two she had computer layouts to show us. We signed with her a few days later and within a month she had people here working on our basement. The Craftspeople she sent were all the most professional, skilled and friendly people I have ever met. They were able to match everything from the main floor. The trim around the windows, the doors, cabinetry, electric, paint, bathroom tile, carpeting all are the same and very professional done. My husband tells people that he thinks Nicole is able to picture things in 3D and her work shows this. I would highly recommend Nicole and the Neighborhood Building & Remodeling Team!

We worked with NBR to remodel our 50+ year old kitchen. As you can imagine, there were a few surprises dealing with an update of over 50 years. Mike Norgren did a wonderful job overseeing the project, keeping the project organized, getting the most professional craftsmen and was very mindful of communicating with us during the process. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and would give NBR the highest of recommendations.

We just completed our 2nd kitchen remodel with NBR. Didn't know five years ago we would be moving. Mike Norgren came over to review the challenges and brought in a plumber to offer suggestions on how to remedy the problems. We provided the parameters of our needs and he followed up with his subs to provide a beautiful full remodel of our galley kitchen. We now have 85% more storage space and a kitchen that functions much better. Mike's communication and coordination of work schedules was excellent. We had ample notice of workers arrivals and approximate length of time the daily projects would take. The quality of the work was also top notch by all trades. Thank you Mike and NBR!!!

Nicole helped design the vision for our kitchen remodel and did a great job coordinating all the moving pieces. She worked within our budget and we love the finished result. We had many contractors working in our home during the 3 month project and all were excellent, very good work, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. Great experience!

Updated vanity with granite countertop and all plumbing fixtures. Included minor painting touch up. Smaller job that was done professionally and expeditiously. Very pleased with workmanship.

I worked with Nicole to transform my outdated and unappealing kitchen into a "wow" place where I can entertain & cook. Painting the existing cabinets, replacing hardware, the countertops, the sink, the facet and my favorite the backsplash. The center island was transformed into a much easier shape to move around with a new countertop and also painted. Kept cost down by not replacing floor or center island light and it was a good choice. Love the new under cabinet lighting and the new light above the sink.

We had Neighborhood Building do some work for us in 2003 and we were pleased with their work, so we contracted with them again in 2015 to add on to our house and give us a new kitchen. NBR was very professional, they were knowledgeable and did beautiful work. Our only complaint would be that it took longer to finish and it ended up costing a little more than planned.

We remodeled the master bath/shower in our home in the fall of 2016. We could not be more pleased with the workmanship of the final product or the quality of the workers. Nicole and her crew were professional, prompt and delivered exactly what we asked for and were flexible in making the changes we requested. I would highly recommend Neighborhood Building & Remodeling.
