We've worked with Markley Construction on several projects and their attention to detail and the quality of their craftsmanship is unsurpassed in the Sarasota area. Finding a quality/trustworthy contractor in Florida can be a CHALLENGE, but you'll be in great hands with Brett and his crew!

Markley Construction assisted us in building our home last year and we are so thankful for their hard work and expertise. They made the process seem easy! They were quick to address any concerns we had and the project went quicker then we even expected and remained on budget. They are pros at keeping the job moving and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering building a home!

Their assessment of my project scope, time frame and budget was accurate, and they actively and skillfully managed the entire renovation process. Perhaps the best and finest contractor i have ever employed. First rate quality in materials and excellent workmanship. Minor changes and additions, no problem. Could not recommend them more highly.

We were given a referral to Markley upon moving to FL. We contracted with them to do some remodeling..which included demolition of an existing kitchenette, opening a wall up and creating a new interior entryway, fabricating a coat closet...and redoing the existing marble floor..as well as painting to match the existing color scheme. All work needed to also match the original custom build which included elaborate moldings and non-standard doors. All work was done very professionally with care given to close off the work space to minimize dust. The job came in on budget and on time...two items that are rare to find in our experience! We were very pleased with the work and would definitely use them again.

We were most pleased with our experience with Markley Construction. They totally remodeled our 3 bedroom condominium. The project was completed on time and at the estimated costs. The workmanship was excellent. There were very few items on the "punch list", and all were promptly addressed . The results of the renovation exceeded our expectations. We can strongly recommend Marklley Construction for any and all condominium s.renovations...units as well as major common element

Markley is the absolute Top of the Food Chain of contractors. I've worked with dozens over the years and there is literally no comparison - they are the best of the best. Aside from the Quality of Workmanship, I trust them implicitly. Best of all, their communication is stellar throughout the entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
