We found LJ Neal through a window replacement information website. They were always upfront and informative, gave us great advice and explained all the options. They were not pushy, but sold us exactly what we wanted. Installation was flawless, and service afterwards was easy and effortless. We called them to correct some caulking flaws and they came right over no questions asked. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Leo and Bridgette were extremely easy to work with. I felt absolutely no pressure at all and I was given excellent advice on what would work best for my purpose. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a fair and honest consultation. I had never purchased windows before and had no clue even where to begin. I am so glad I ran across them on windowdog.com. I could not be more pleased with my windows and deciding to go with Leo and Bridgette from L.J. Neal & Sons. The installers were very polite. Leo and Bridgette even came the day of the install to introduce the installers. My windows look amazing! They cleaned up very well upon completion too. I am extremely happy and I am sure you will be too.

Exceptional!! We had our windows in our back family room replaced and we are totally satisfied. In fact, we loved the windows and the quality of workmanship we ordered our front room replacement windows from them too. Great prices and great customer service. Highly recommended.

We hired L.J. Neal & Sons to replace the windows in our Condo. The experience with them, from initial sales process through installation was excellent. The work was very professional and the costs reasonable. We have now lived through extreme cold and extreme heat seasons with the new windows, and are very happy with them. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We purchased our home brand new in 2008. Brand new !!!!! Year after year our house was freezing during the winter. We would always use the Window coverings sold at Menards. 2013. We had our first Child and would not put our little one in a room where it was always freezing cold. Leo and his wife came to our home. Showed us their quality windows and we purchased. They were so friendly also no pressure at all. !!!!!! We decided to purchase and have never had any issues. Our home holds heat and blocks out the cold. We are sad that we are moving and that our quality windows are going to be left behind.
