We hired Kelly Roofing Service twice, once for a leak and then for a full roof replacement. Both times they were very professional, prompt for appointments, exhibited high quality workmanship, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. For my major roof replacement, I had them out for a full estimate, but they weren't pushy to start the new roof until I was ready a couple of weeks later. We had plenty of time to select the shingles and they provide a nice frame work for us to understand the scope of the project, among other crucial details. They maintained professionalism throughout the process of replacing our roof and gutter with great advice and best workmanship without the pushing us into confusing situations. Both the work and the cleanup were perfect. We highly recommend Kelly Roofing Service and David with his crew.

It was an amazinzg experience with Kelly Roofing Service! Every single contact with Dan was pleasant and value-packed. Dan gave me the original estimate, to the entire team, who worked and answered several questions I had and upgraded the shingles for my project. My project was more extensive than most re-roofing projects, because the plywood on the roof had degraded so badly that the entire roof needed re-sheathing. Now, putting on the new boards was much demanding and took more time than laying the actual shingles. Dan was very generous in giving me a fair quote on the sheathing, and I am grateful! The job also included their smart vent system, which is a row of ventilation shingles that runs the length of the back of the house, adding extra air circulation for a longer-lasting roof and temperate attic. The new roof looks beautiful, and the cleanup job the crew did was outstanding. This was an amazing experience and service, from start to finish!

Excellent craftsmanship on highly customized re-roofing project. Kelly Roofing Service did both our standing seam metal roof and exterior siding. We selected an industrial type metal siding with a nice profile. This required custom order and lots of onsite fabrication of corner and window detail. Kelly Roofing Service stayed with the project until it was done and made several modifications to satisfy county inspection and architect. Jack and the crew were always easy to work with directly and accurate in their scheduling time and cost estimates. They are a hard working team and a good local business. Highly recommended for roofing work.

The roof on our house was 24 years old and was showing leaks from a couple of places. We called Kelly Roofing Services to take a look at the source of the leaks. Mike came promptly on the same day to look at the roof. He climbed up the roof and found out the roof was quite old and needed a replacement. He gave me a good estimate for the roof replacement. He mentioned about the atlas shingles system with full replacement and leak free warranty. On the day of roof installation, Mike and the crew arrived promptly at in the morning. The crew was very courteous and covered all the windows with wooden boards. They did the full tear down of the roof and replaced any rotten boards. They then installed the ice and water shield, drip guards, summit sheet and the shingles on the entire roof. The roof now looks brand new and make the house looks good. They also provided a warranty for discoloration due to algae deposits. The crew was done with the installation as scheduled and did an excellent job in the roof installation. After the installation they performed a complete clean up and they removed all the trash. Next day Mike came again and walked on the roof to inspect the final installation. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will highly recommend to use Kelly Roofing Services for all the roofing needs.

This company does all they can to make sure the customer is satisfied. Their estimate was a good value and I read many positive reviews about Kelly Roofing Service. We were very impressed with their professional responsiveness and very happy with their workmanship. Dan and his crew arrived on time everyday, removed our old shingles and roofing materials down to the wood decking, replaced all the flashing and roof vents, installed new underlayment and new shingles. They laid down tarps to capture debris during removal and cleaned up and hauled away all the old roofing materials. We are very satisfied with the final installation. Kelly Roofing Service did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them.

He provided us guidance on the color of shingles and gutters that would look the best with our house.
