Our records indicate that we've attempted to contact you on multiple occasions. The company has responded to both of your complaints that were filed with the BBB in 2015 and 2018. You had 10 calendar days to file a response to both of those and declined to do so, which is all on record via BBB and in our accounts. We also have on account that our company had to stop working on your project due to us never being able to successfully contact you. Before starting your project, we asked if there were any HOA restrictions in which you responded, "go ahead and get it done." After we had already purchased windows, replaced the siding on one wall and primed, you called Julio and told him to stop work due to your HOA requiring you to do so since you were in a historical district. You had told us at that point that you would let us know when we could resume work, in which we waited a month with no response and tried on multiple occasions to reach you via phone. At this point we still had the windows that we purchased delivered to your home and never heard back from you until you filed a complaint with the BBB several years later. The payment you provided us to begin purchased the windows, siding, labor and serves as protection for our company in situations like this. We apologize that after 9 years you're still dissatisfied with our services and company, but we have on multiple occasions tried to comply with you. After job was completed it was noticed that the grout was a slightly different color than the grout color. I, the owner of the company, took two different licensed contractors to show them the work and asked them if they noticed anything wrong. Neither one of them could find anything wrong with the work and proceeded to deem it as excellent work. The customer found that as an excuse to deducted $6,000 from the amount left due. To change the grout on the fireplace would’ve been a half day repair but they didn’t want to repair it, they just wanted to get deducted $6,000 from their contract.
