We had James Anderson LLC restore our damaged villa caused by hurricane Ian. From the roof replacement to the water damaged drywall and floors. Jim is a true professional. He showed exemplary talent in all phases of the job. We are very thrilled with his work and the attention he paid to detail . We wouldn’t hesitate to call Jim for any future remodeling projects we might do in the future. Our villa has never looked better.

What could be more challenging than a kitchen and three bathroom remodel from 1000 miles away? I was incredibly fortunate to find James Anderson Design and Build. I too searched reviews of canadates in Sarasota. Jim consistently had 5 stars with outstanding reviews. Jim was professional, honest, conscientious and more importantly detail oriented. Jim's communication skills were exceptional in keeping the project moving forward and on time. His work exceeded my expectations. My kitchen and baths are beyond what I had hoped for. I look forward to working with Jim on future projects. I would highly recommend Jim Anderson Design and Build. 10/10 !!!

Jim came highly recommended as one of Sarasota's most experienced and trustworthy contractors. We hired him to completely redesign and renovate our kitchen and bathroom. Jim and his crew were exceptionally talented in bringing all our designs and ideas to life. The project was finished as promised, on time and on budget. If I could give Jim and Mike 10 stars I'd do it. Mike was very professional. I needed help to secure my kitchen cabinets from falling off the walls. Mike did a fantastic job and even found a leak in my plumbing. that he repaired saving me from calling in a plumber. Thank you Jim and Mike.

Like others, finding the right contractor to trust on our kitchen remodel was actually an intimadating and exhausting experience. Between the high-pressure salesmen in our home to the inexperienced designers, it was frustrating. We also did simple background checks on many Sarasota kitchen showrooms, designers and contractors and turns out none of them had a real license to legally perform the work we needed to have done. When we found James Anderson through an acquantice, we felt comfortable that he would be our best choice. During our first meeting he answered questions and informed us what we needed to know, not what he thought we wanted to hear. James was our perfect contractor fit. In fact, the process of finding an honest legit real contractor was far more difficult than the project itself. Hiring James was our best decision, before, during, and after the project was finished and we're blessed to have such a quality contractor to work with on our kitchen and any future projects.

I recently purchased a twenty-year-old villa that needed remodeling and new kitchen cabinets and other upgrades and I found Jim Anderson's name on the neighborhood's preferred list of licensed contractors. This was my first time ever hiring a contractor and only had caveat as any advice from friends and family but they were also 1100 miles away. when I first met with Jim, I knew he was the right fit and hired him to begin the design process. He gave me a signed contract from the state of Florida building professionals that I will be covered for up to $50,000 should there be any loss if Jim / contractor not fulfill the agreement. With this government assurance, my HOA recommendation and all of Jim's credentials made my choice easy to live with during the time away during the renovations. I wanted a home my way with a kitchen design style that will endure, simple yet distinctive with high quality finishes that will amaze my guests and Jim delivered these ideas into reality better than I could have ever imagined. Given all the parameters on my remodel and at the end of my project Jim gets an A + and 5 stars and a huge thank you.

Jim came highly recommended by all of my enquires prior and working with him was a very positive experience with their designs, quality, punctuality and value for what I paid. They remodeled my kitchen with removing a wall and adding a large island with all new cabinets and granite counter with new wood look tiles throughout the kitchen and family room. Like other reviews have mentioned, Jim and his crew are amazingly skilled at what they do and seemingly they have the experience and confidence to take on any project. I plan to hire them again.

Jim Anderson, is simply the best of the best. He remodeled our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. He also built a mud room bench for the laundry room and built a butler pantry for us as well as laid large format tile throughout the house. I researched his past reviews and went to see work that he had previously done for others before my wife and I signed a contract with him for this sizable project. Jim is ethical, smart, highly skilled, and was a pleasure to work with on this significant project. His fit and finish is beyond compare and we are very particular and fairly knowledgeable about many phases of construction, qualifying us I believe to render a meaningful evaluation of his work and it was magnificent. I would hire Jim Anderson again for sure as he has earned our confidence and respect.

As an interior designer, I have had the pleasure of partnering with Jim Anderson on a few projects and most recently on a major renovation of a newly built spec home in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Included are some of the photos highlighting his workmanship - master bathroom, guest bathroom and kitchen island. Jim is the consummate professional. As a general contractor he is always willing to listen to my interior design plans / ideas and discuss alternatives if the original design isn't technically feasible or too costly for the budget. Jim's extensive knowledge and experience in the industry prove invaluable when tackling large or complex projects. He understands what is required from a building code and permitting process and establishes realistic timelines given all that is involved. His workmanship is excellent and he is very reliable and delivers as promised. I have never been disappointed by the quality of his work and thoroughness. I really enjoy partnering with Jim on my interior design projects and highly recommend him for any remodeling needs that my clients may have.

コメント：Who makes this island?We specialize in fully custom hand made cabinetry and this Island was designed and built by James Anderson LLC. The opposite side has fruit and vegetable baskets, and the opposite end is a book shelf.

コメント：How deep are these cabinets at the baseboards?Thank you for the question. The base cabinets are 18" deep, the center desk is 21" deep and each column extends past 3".
