Traikovski Interiors

I found Traikovski Interiors online looking for a wallpaper store in Manhattan. To my surprise it was much more than just a wallpaper store. Traikovski Interiors is an amazing showroom with hundreds of wallpaper choices, other wall treatments and tiles. It’s a full service décor store including installation and design ideas. I have to admit it took me awhile to decide which one to choose from the vast selection of wall treatments and the small project that I had in mind turned out to be a pretty big job. Not once I felt pressured or rushed. Sash is the owner of the store, who not only took the time to look through all the books with me but gave me excellent ideas for overall feel of the space. I did grass cloth installation, wall mural to die for (I’ve never seen wall mural with stucco finish before, it looks amazing in my master bedroom wall). He did wallpaper installation in my entryway as well, couple of small walls in different areas. I have to say, all of this at a very reasonable price. What I like the most about him is that he takes the time to complete the job to perfection. Every single room in my house looks much better because of his excellent work. I can’t be happier with how everything came together. I don’t believe you can find a better interior decorator in NY and area. His job is outstanding!!!

We hired Traikovski on two occasions. In both cases very satisfied with the results. The first job was renovation of our building corridors. After the excellent performance our management decided to hire them for a new hotel construction project. They provided all the designs and materials for the rooms, bathrooms and hallways. They have large team to complete sizable jobs, they are flexible with price, I guess because they sell most of the finishes so they have good price. Bottom line excellent general contractor! Their designers team is outstanding too, excellent vision... Tip (this is probably more for commercial projects): Ask Sash to make sample boards. They make this boards to improvise wallcovering finish for hallways, lobby, rooms, etc. Once they sent the boards to us they coordinated with carpets and paint finish so we got much better understanding what our project will look like before is finished. This was an excellent idea. Thanks a lot guys!

First, I want to thank Traikovski Interiors, Sash, Eli and the rest of the guys for their superb work. From start to finish was an absolute pleasure working with Eli and Sash (the decorators) and their installation team. There was not one instance in our 4 months gut renovation that any of them lost track or temper of the schedule of work and communication. Truly excellent general contractor and designer firm. I want to outline few important things: Why is so good working with them? - Money Savings (Most important). They are one company who offers interior design ideas, material purchase, and renovation. They gave us deals on all the purchases. We’ve been working in the past with other designers, they have great taste but things get messy once contractors get involved. Why? Sometimes what designers think is not an easy step for contractors which cost time delays and money out of our pocket to implement an idea. This company has knowledge of all the necessary steps, which we as client felt less surprises. They know how to improvise an idea with less investment that can still work esthetically. - Wallpaper Showroom/Store. You feel sitting for hours there, looking at the wallpaper books, tile options, furniture catalogs. Finally someone to guide you through the difference of wallpaper materials and patterns (we needed help there for sure :))) there are so many different options). Their store location is great too. Easy to get with subway so you don’t have to drive. They also have paint palette where you can compare paint colors with tile/wallpaper colors. - Their price is very competitive. - Carrying for the client. Even the installers give the best of themselves. Neat, clean, respective. - They can complete a project, from new flooring and windows to woodwork, build closets, new kitchen/bathroom design and remodel, painting, decorating, lighting, etc. - Extra effort for our nursery. Sash hand painted beautiful design on the wall. Bottom line, if you need remodeling services, this is the best decorator, interior designer, contractor, store... I can’t recommend them enough. We had a great time having them in our home and can’t wait to work on another project. Thanks Sash!

Highly recommendable. Sashko and his team was really helpful and made the whole house renovation process a hassle free and stress free job. From help in selecting the wallpapers, tiles, and murals to measuring the sizes and the final installation, it was a cakewalk because of these highly experienced professionals. I would highly recommend Traikovski Interiors .

I have been in a renovation mode for the last 15 months, ever since we moved to a new apartment in NYC. I had many ideas and worked with different contractors to make them happen and it has been excruciating at times. Traikovski Interiors made a stark exception in this case. I came across their info online as I was looking to hang textured wallpaper in my bedroom; most contractors either refused due to the fact that it is commercial type wallpaper, very wide and complicated to hang or they asked for some ridiculous $$. Alexander was very polite, responded quickly and even though they were fully booked for the month with much larger scale projects he gave me a future date and a $ quote which was the most reasonable so far. The installers were very punctual and tidy and the wallpaper looks perfect! I highly recommend!
