The demo process was bigger than they anticipated as you can't see how old countertops are affixed until you try to tear them apart. They were glued, nailed, and screwed. No complaints from them, they just did the job. This put them behind as far as completion time but they stayed until it was done. Very polite, cleaned everything, pleasant workers. They put back everything as they found it and did what was necessary to put things in order. I will hire them again when I replace my bathroom countertops. The bidding process and scheduling was professionally done, too. Best price as all costs were spelled out and a discount given for cash for last payment.

My husband and I shopped all over town before we found Infinity Countertops. We were pleasantly surprised by their competitive bid and we loved the personal service. They were even patient and pleasant when we called to change our edge design a week after we placed our order - no problem at all. They installed our countertops this morning, on time, and they are beautiful, just perfect! The installers were great, so nice, just like the office staff. They said they had to put a seam in on of the pieces of Quartz, but I cannot find it, it is invisible. I asked my husband to show it to me and he couldn't find it either. True craftsmen!
