Garrison and his amazing team stepped into the middle of our 2year restoration of our turn of the century house. We were so frustrated with the another well named designer and were really in a difficult spot. Garrison with his infinite kindness stepped in and made the whole experience with the other designer disappear. My house is everything I dreamed it could be and Garrison and team were instrumental.

Garrison Hullinger Interior Design (GHID) has helped us update our home. They were able to transform our tired home into a brighter, more modern home for our family. Garrison’s team took into consideration our style goals and helped us to understand budgets and the time that is required to complete a home transformation. The team is creative, customer focused and professional. In addition, Garrison is a pleasure to work with and makes what could be a very stressful project into a lot of fun. Garrison Hullinger and his team are extremely talented, professional, organized, and also fantastic to work with. Collin was the lead designer and he is talented, very thoughtful, patient, funny, diligent, and extremely organized. We purchased our house and did a remodel down to the studs, including a complete kitchen remodel, a master bedroom addition, multiple bathroom renovations, and installed new flooring throughout. GH was involved in all aspects of the remodel and we are thrilled with every detail. From the big picture down to small details, Garrison and Collin's involvement was essential to making our house design a huge success. GH was also very efficient. We received so much value and information that moved the project forward with every contact. I cannot recommend GH highly enough.

We have worked with Garrison Hullinger Interior Design (GHID) on several projects including interior design, designing a custom home and interior architecture. Every time we work with this team, our expectations are exceeded. They quickly understand the look we want; as we say they always "nail it." Also, the customer service is amazing. We worked with Garrison Hullinger Interior Design (GHID) for our recent kitchen/bath/deck remodel. We were very happy with the process and results! We would not hesitate to recommend GHID to a friend and we look forward to working with them again in future. For this project, we worked with Garrison, Nikki Maeda, and Jon Chenier. We found all three to be creative, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They started by talking with us about our style preferences, likes, dislikes, and how we use our space. It was clear they really listened to our input initially and throughout the project. From floor plans to palette and fixture details they presented well-thought-out options for us to choose from. This allowed us to be very much involved in final decisions without feeling overwhelmed by all the choices out there. They came up with some clever, creative floor plan changes that greatly enhanced usability of our existing space. Throughout the course of the project, they worked closely with and communicated well with our general contractor. Their billing system was easy to understand and final cost was on target with initial estimate. The result is design that is beautiful, functional, reflects our style & preferences, and incorporates well with the rest of the house. Inside and out, the flow is better and the house looks and feels more homey than it did before. We are delighted!

We hired GHID to help us design and engineer our full home remodel. We gutted 2/3 of the home and GHID was there every step of the way. We worked primarily with Garrison, Nikki Maeda and Jon Chenier and they are all outstanding. They worked hard to understand what we wanted and how we utilize space, then they presented options for overall design, materials, layouts, and came up with creative solutions to some of our most challenging issues. They also helped us understand and navigate the permitting process, and worked very closely with our contractor to ensure everything was done to specification throughout the job. They are consummate professionals as well as being a lot of fun to work with! We now have our dream home.

I worked closely with GHID for over a year as they oversaw all aspects of our home remodel. I found Garrison warm, available and consistent. He was realistic regarding time and budget targets. Working with Garrison and his stellar team was the best decision we made in our entire residential remodel project (this was after an experienced architect firm and 2 large contracting firms were unable to move our project forward). Finally, sometimes in remodels, you need some reassurance about the decisions you made together and Garrison and his team definitely helped to support us through that time and keep us focused on what the end outcome would look like rather that on individual installations. Garrison Hullinger and his team designed our new build dream home from the house plans to all the interior architectural details. The thorough attention to detail, listening to our wants and needs, making our home not only beautiful but extremely functional, and thoughtful design suggestions was the best experience we could have hoped for. Our budget was kept in mind throughout the process as well. GHID not only made our dreams come true, they exceeded all of our expectations. A joy to work with and we can't recommend them highly enough.

We recently had the exterior of our home painted and Garrison Hullinger (GHID) offered advice/recommendations on large decisions like paint contractor and color, and also on the seemingly hundreds of smaller decisions that are inherent in a big project. It was his guidance on these smaller decisions that really impressed us. No detail was too small for Garrison and the collective impact of all these “small” details made a BIG impact on the finished project! Plus he is a delight to work with!
