I had a positive experience ordering curtain rods from this shop a few years ago thru Etsy. Contacted them a couple months ago about custom shelving and we exchanged a number of emails about the design. As soon as I made payment (in full) all communication stopped. A month later I received a reply with a reasonable explanation and assurance that the order was complete and only needed to be packed and shipped. Now it's been almost three weeks and I've heard nothing further despite asking for an update and/or tracking info. Meanwhile, their Etsy shop is closed, their shopify website is offline and their Facebook page is gone. Unless I hear from them this week, I will dispute the transaction thru my credit card. Please know - I'd much rather be a happy customer leaving a positive review - which I will write if / when I receive my order!

Replaced the materials on three large foot stoles or ottomans from the 1950's. They picked up the work from my home, brought a huge selection of fabrics ,to choose from, recommended the one I chose. Then 2 weeks or so later I got them back, delivered and the quality was excellent, price quite reasonable. No reservation about recommending this company. If I find myself needing this type of service again, they will be my first and only call. Highly recommended.

Trevor was very helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. It was a real pleasure to work with him and the final product was exactly what we imagined. Plus, it was promptly delivered!

I'm an Interior designer in Los angeles and I enlisted trevor from industrial envy to build custom floating pipe shelves for one of my clients homes. I sent him a description of what I wanted the shelves to look like and he quickly emailed me back a sketch of EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. He was super attentive & communicative. Not to mention that he created and shipped the shelves in a swift time frame whereas other competitors told me it would take them 3-4 months. I have used Industrial Envy on several occasions over the past year. They have repaired furniture for me, saving me a lot of money. They reupholstered a large chair in our family room that guests absolutely love. They also reupholstered our conference room chairs at our office and they look wonderful! Trevor and Jennifer also repaired our conference room table for us--it's now perfect. I would recommend Industrial Envy to anyone--they are prompt, fair-priced, and a joy to deal with.

I've used Industrial Envy for 2 separate furniture repairs, a chair and a table. I've been 100% satisfied not only with their work but also with their professionalism and timeliness. I hired Industrial Envy LLC, to reupholster an old settee and paid in full on delivery--I was happy to get it back, and I trusted owners had done a good job. But when I had the chance to look more closely at their work, I found visible globs of glue, sloppy seams, poorly attached welting, puckered/wrinkled corners, and frayed fabric edges (among other things). A local upholsterer later told me that, in his opinion, the job was "the worst I have seen in 19 years of doing upholstery work." The owners of Industrial Envy, ignored several emails and a phone message but eventually offered the option of a partial refund of $400 within 10 days. I accepted (although the local upholsterer later said I should have demanded a full refund). Weeks passed; no refund arrived, and more of my emails went unanswered, They finally responded, reneging on their refund offer and citing what they said was "clear evidence" that I "may have tampered with the upholstery work after delivery." But they had sent me photos before delivery showing puckers and wrinkles in the upholstery. I had asked her about this in an email; she said they would eventually smooth out. The professional upholsterer said they were the result of a poor job. Making accusations with no proof is a clear effort to avoid taking responsibility. They continue to offer what they say is "free" re-upholstery (just out of the goodness of their hearts). But it's not free if I have to bring the settee from College Station, TX, where I live, to their business in Round Rock (I already paid them $150 extra for pick up and delivery). And it's not free if I have to just trust them when they say they'll do a better job the second time than they did the first.
