Mark is well informed about all aspects of Hickory Chair products. If I have a technical question he's unable to answer at the moment, he knows who to call for the information. Mark is polite and prompt with answers. He has good design sense, can discuss design issues and details, and offer consultation. He suggests alternative selections if the project has a restricted budget. He's always been direct and truthful about deadlines and delivery. And I like Mark's geniality and good humor! I feel comfortable bringing clients to the showroom.
